Has potential, but the worst condo I’ve rented
I hesitate to leave this review because the management staff was polite and promptly addressed most issues when notified. However, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the following during the first three days of my stay:
•No soap, cleaning supplies, or detergents, making basic hygiene and cleaning impossible. We couldn’t even was our hands the first night!
•1/2 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, or garbage bags.
.Significant dust on the TV table that I could not take care of without cleaning supplies.
•Non-functional lights in the master bedroom, leaving me in the dark for two nights.
•No hot water (the switch was off).
•A living room TV that did not work until I bought batteries for the remote. It only had basic cable and an archaic remote that didn’t even have a pause button. Reading at night was impossible due to nothing more than a 40 watt light bulb in any lamp.
Though the condo is beautifully decorated, it was uncomfortable, and we left two nights before the end of our two week stay. I hope this prompts better care in the future, as the building and location are otherwise excellent. I have stayed in other condos in this building and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
