⚠️ Guests are responsible for replenishing if needed during their stay.
Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)

Note: Ring door bell camera at front door. We always recommend to our guests to buy the travel insurance.

The flower is about 4-6 inches across and the bright pink from the tips of the petals can be spotted from quite a distance. We loved this property and its location to many great activities. Anything needed like groceries or pharmacy was only a few minutes away. The owners had lots of little extras like a crib and pool towels, fisher pods and laundry pods. Fishing charters were only 15 minutes away and all the great gulf coast beaches were an easy drive. I also recommend the Florida botanical gardens. Lots of amazing trails through beautiful gardens that was entirely free. Just absolutely amazing property.

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and had lots of little items we needed to start our stay. The private pool was a hit with the kids and the tropical back yard was a hit with the adults. We had 13 in our party and no complaints among any of us

Florida vacation

We had a good stay. However we had 13 family members and only 2 small rolls of paper towels, and small rolls of TP. We bought more to get us through our stay. We also found the pool deck to be slippery when wet.We managed through everything and enjoyed the stay.

Great location

Our group consisted of four families, really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit tricky with only two bathrooms but we were able to make it work without a problem. Great communication with our hosts!

Family Vacation 8 adults 3 children

Property was perfect for our family weeks vacation.Pool was perfect for everyone, our grandsons 3 and 4 learned to swim without floaties.Concerns of loose deck boards in frontentry and pool area. Would be help fir elderly and children to have a color differance on pool deck to see the steps. we used rugs and it helped. Trail behind property is awesome.Cake pan 9x13 would have been helpful, we bought a disposable one to use.So much in the area to do!Will definately recommend this property to others and/ or return ourselves. loved our stay!!

We’re a big family and this house was perfect for our stay in Clearwater. Everything was very clean and accessible for our family. All that we needed was there. A chair for our little one year old and a shower bench for my husband in a wheelchair. The pool was amazing very beautiful house, definitely recommend for big families, we very much enjoyed this house!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was very kid friendly, spacious and clean.. only problem we found was there was literally 4 towels and no wash clothes and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.. might want to look at the wooden porch by the pool there were some loose boards that can be dangerous.

Perfect Group House

We had an absolute blast. We never felt cramped even with just 2 bathrooms and 13 people. The backyard was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a large group to lounge and enjoy the space all together! Also being right on the Pinellas trail was a great feature! We never got the wifi to work so that was the only downside but everything else was 10/10!

Great House for a Kickback

You want a pool? Full kitchen? Outdoor grill? With downtown Tampa and the Gulf Beaches only a short drive away? In a nice neighborhood? Well boy do I have the property for you… it’s this one!
