St. Petersburg / Clearwater International Airport och Tampa International Airport är lika bekvämt - bara 20-30 minuters bilresa. We were in town for a swim meet in St. Petersburg and this location was perfect. Not too far from St. Petersburg downtown (20 min), and very convenient fun things like St. Pete Beach, and a sunset dolphin cruise from nearby Gulfport. Also, super convenient to not one, not two, but three grocery stores! Members of our group could easily walk there as they desired. Host Diana was very responsive, and the house is in nice condition. Would recommend and come back!

Convenient location

House and amenities were very nice. The location was conveniently located near the beach, and downtown. And not far from Tampa Bay either. It is right on the main road so noise from cars was common (only reason for 4 star on location.

Central vacation home away from home

The property is cose to everything you need. Within walking distance of groceries, plenty of delivery options and close to the bus route. Everything was clean. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was very responsive to communication. The only negative was the hair dryers did not work, but we bought one and left it at the property and infirmed the host. Overall a great place to stay!Theoonly negative was

My family and I (7 in total) used this home recently. We were in town to see my daughter sing with St Petersburg Opera. We found the home easily but upon arriving found it was on a very busy main thoroughfare. The driveway was a half circle which was good, but pulling out onto the street was a bit precarious. The only other issue was the A/C, which worked fine and kept us all cool but was very loud inside, with a constant loud drip whenever it was running. Otherwise we were very happy with this home. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the easy proximity to all we chose to do. I would recommend this home.

Great place for a family Christmas

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with two brothers who live in Gulfport. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 1 infant who were staying there, as well as the brothers who live there to hang out and spend time together. The table was even big enough for all of us to eat together! Plenty of supplies - dishes, silverware, cooking needs, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc. The house is on a busy road, but it was easy to get into and out of due to the stoplight just up the road. Hanging out in the backyard, you don’t even notice any street noise. Diana was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach wedding weekend

The house was as stated and my family and I had an enjoyable weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and it is close to everything we wanted to see or go too. I have to say that the owner was extremely quick to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. I definitively will consider renting this same house the next time I plan a few days on Treasure Island or any of the island communities.

Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Great property for families - stocked with kid friendly items (including high chair and kid’s dining ware etc). Convenient location. Close to St Pete beach. House is directly on the main road, but it didn’t bother us.

Good Beach House

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. The only downside was the lock on the door, dishwasher and coffee maker were hard to operate. House had some wear and tear but standard for a beach house. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. Would recommend!

Amazing family vacation!

At the last minute, a group of us decided to visit St Pete for the first time, and even before booking, Laura was extremely responsive and polite. We had zero issues checking in, and even when we forgot an item she assured me she'd check with the cleaning staff. The kitchen is large and was truly the center of the home and was fully stocked. The house itself is on a busy road but that wasn't really a problem for us since it was near all of the stores and a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Overall this house had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks again!

Surved it’s purpose

Disappointed that the rooms that weren’t on central air, weren’t cooled down. That should be done by the host, not the renter!! The 3rd bathroom has no air 😤😤 So you sweat to go to bathroom!!

Cute house

I would have liked to have known the master bedroom was upstairs, and that the house was on a main road, which was noisy. My elderly parents were unable to join us last minute, but they would not have been able to handle the stairs and would not have been comfortable sharing a bathroom with us. Other than that, the house was very clean and well stocked.
