Come and enjoy your private slice of paradise. Magical Intracoastal waterfront home with new bayside pool. Watch dolphins play, Great Egrets make new friends, and where pelicans dive daily for dinner. Sleeps up to 5. Pet friendly as well. This beautiful and bright home with meticulous craftmanship and style. A composite dock, new flooring, paver walkways, and so much more! The living area can be completely opened using the five pocket sliders leading to a large screened lanai, privacy fencing and gates. Come and enjoy the new pool * If you wish to have the pool heated, please let us know in advance. $50 extra charge

We loved the layout of the house and pool. Several light bulbs were burned out, the fan lights in both bedrooms were burned out, the master closet would come on and start flickering, then would go out. Paddle fan in master didn't work. The garbage disposal stinks and needs deodorizing/cleaning. These things didn't prevent us from enjoying ourselves!

Pristine, immaculate house better than we could’ve imagined. Outdoor area with pool and dock is just as pictured. Perfect for our family of 4. Completely renovated home and everything is new. Beautiful decorating with thoughtful touches, great use of space, and everything we needed. First time to Indian Rocks and loved the easy golf cart ride to the beach. We flew, and were pleased to see the house had plenty of chairs and beach towels we put to good use. Great sandwich shop within walking distance but we drove the golf cart. We were so sad to leave, and can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!! Many memories made!!!

Wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

We had a fantastic few days at the intercoastal waterfront home. The pool and the dock were perfect. The boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and we were often entertained by the adorable heron who seemed to be in the garden area most of the day! We saw a dolphin in the distance from the dock.Beds were comfy and so was the lovely big sofa. Kitchen area was ideal. Everything was spotlessly clean and the well stocked, the garage with chairs, a parasol, and handy beach trolley. The grill was also appreciated and we enjoyed an evening BBQ.As international guests flying in from London we really appreciated those little touches that make a big difference, a dishcloth, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil, enough toilet & kitchen paper, dishwasher& laundry tabs and plenty of coffee which was extremely generous!We appreciated the very efficient electric fans which we found in the garage upon arrival. We were late arriving on our first day and there wasn’t time for the a/c to cool down enough to sleep temperature before it was time to go to bed so having fans too was great. The air conditioning worked very well and it was very easy to operate.We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach and loved the vibe in Indian Rocks Beach.Would we stay here again? Yes absolutely! Thank you

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our first time to Indian Rocks and we had the best time! We will be coming back and would love to stay here again. The house was perfect for our family with two young boys. The communication with the property manager was quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Comfort of home with fantastic outdoor amenities

The house is clean , comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Great pool & screened in porch area. Our boys spent most time fishing on the dock and in the pool. Great house to relax & also great house to have fun outdoors. We will definitely be back.

Better than expected!!

This property is amazing! The location is perfect... walking distance to everything! The pool is beautiful... especially at night with the colored lights. The dock was our morning go to spot as the dolphins swim inches from the dock! We also loved the window sliders that open from the kitchen and family room onto the screened in porch overlooking the pool and intercoastal. This was our Spring Break (we ate from Ohio). It was worth every dollar spent! We have been coming to Indian Rocks for several years for Spring Break with our 2 boys and dog and each year we don't think we could top our last year's "home" for the week. This property did NOT disappoint... it ranks as our favorite so far!

The pool was the cherry on top.

Our stay was wonderful! Had a couple issues that the management company cared for in a fairly timely manner. The house was comfortable and felt like home. Our view out the back was amazing. You first saw the covered porch, then the pool and finally the water. I could have sat on the couch looking that way for a very long time. Spending time in and around the pool was exactly what we needed. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the house and she is top notch!! She is very involved with her property and takes great pride in it being well cared for. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Another Great Visit to IRB

Our family (senior parents, adult daughter & son-in-law) returned to this property for a second year in a row. The pool and back patio area was a beautiful addition from last year. We enjoyed it very much, as well as the screened in Florida room with two walls of fully opening sliding glass doors. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and many dining options. The neighbors are friendly and it appears to be a very safe area. Walking our dog was easy here. We would definitely recommend this rental. The mattress of the king bed does need to be replaced as there is a big dip in the middle, but everything else was fantastic. We like the vintage touches that have been well maintained, like the oven and everything is clean.

Great getaway.

The property was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice if the grass had been cut and the house was better stocked with items and utensils. We had to buy trash bags and toilet paper. It would be a big plus if the boat lift was available (even for a small fee). I also noticed that they are requesting renters not bring boats when using the property any longer. The only positive to renting this property rather than one on the beach with a beach view is the convenience of having a place to keep boat all week. Without that, there is not much to separate this rental from ones that are closer to the water with better views.

Wonderful Stay (Boat lift not available for use)

This place was perfect for a Mother Daughter get away!! Close to everything, rooms were spacious and well kept. We fished from dock daily even caught my first Toad Fish. FYI do not handle them they are toxic. Kitchen was well stocked and had option for single serve or full pot of coffee. I loved the stove. Appreciated the dock chairs and lounging sofa on back enclosed patio. I wish the boat lift would be available for use, even if a deposit is required. Would have come in handy. All and I we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
