Welcome to my beachside dream come true! I have been vacationing on the west coast of Florida for many years, and more recently at this very same condo. I am very happy that I had the special opportunity to buy it for myself!

My favorite spot is on the balcony, where you have an awesome view of the beach. Relax with coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening. This fabulous condo is literally steps away from the beach, so you can walk the beach and enjoy some pretty spectacular sunsets.

Two parking spots are conveniently located in front of the unit, and under cover. Walk in and up the stairs to the bright and cheery first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living area with comfy seating. TV, cable, high speed internet and Wifi are all available. The dinette and kitchen counter seating offer plenty of room for meals. One of the beautifully updated full baths is also on the first floor.

There are two spacious bedrooms plus a loft area on the second floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and updated master bath. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable double beds. The second floor also has a loft area with a queen sized bed. A washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Beach towels and chairs are provided for you for the beach, or to relax at the pool.

The entrance to the condos is gated for added security. Numerous restaurants are within 1/2 mile, several within walking distance.

Pam was an absolutely wonderful host. Her place was beautiful and stocked extremely well. The location of this unit was terrific and I enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We loved being steps to the ocean and definitely plan on returning. The sand and water was beautiful. I especially enjoyed having Pickleball extremely close. It was a beautiful week over Christmas and we loved spending time with our puppies. Thank you again Pam for opening your beautiful home to us. Terri & David

This will be our second year in a row staying here. We love Indian Rocks Beach and have been coming here for years, and have found a place that we will return to again. The condo has everything anyone would need to enjoy the beach and the owner is great. We will return in the near future.

Slice of Paradice with everything you need!

Thanks to Pam for thinking of everything! All the tiny things you might need are there.... tape, permanent markers, table salt, beach towels, ect... The beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of room for our group of 5. Perfect access to the beach and a place to rinse off the sand. Good center access to both St. Pete and Clearwater. Walking distance to a few restaurants and snack places. But we did not find a lot of boutique shopping. Have to go N&S to do that. But we were there for the beaches. Pam was a wonderful hostess even when i asked questions that had already been answered.. (oops) ;) Would highly recommend staying in this little slice of paradise.

Perfect family beach house

Pam’s seaside beach house is the perfect place to make amazing family memories. It has everything you need to prepare any meal and the convenience to walk to several great restaurants. My husband and I rented for 2 weeks, and our adult kids joined us for a long Easter weekend, along with our 1 year old grand child. The kids loved the location for walking everywhere. Everything we needed for a perfect beach day was right there, including umbrella, lots of beach chairs and loads of beach towels. The beds are comfy and the overall vibe of the house is beach house, decorated in sea blues and greens. We loved everyday of our stay and look forward to coming back. This place is a 10/10.

Perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved staying here. Everyone had their own space and everything was so clean. The house had everything we needed. Like others, we packed too much. The location was perfect. Out of all the beach vacations we’ve been on, this was our favorite.

Sunset Watching with toes in the sand

This is an absolute gem of a property. The owner was incredibly easy to deal with and so responsive with any concerns or questions. Would reserve with and from the owner 10 out of 10 times. This was our second time staying in this complex and was an amazing experience. All the beach equipment we needed. Super convenient to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. Clean condo, exceptionally maintained, and fitted out with everything we needed for a week of relaxing, cooking, and hanging out as a family. With it being the last condo next to the road, we were concerned about road noise. Not an issue at all. Never heard it. This is peak season and it still felt like a private beach. Two Manatees swam by (one 4 feet away and the other 10 feet away) on the last day as a final unbelievable memory making trip!

Great place for a family!!

Check-in was smooth, had one very minor issue which the owner took care of in less than 10 minutes. The place had all we needed for the beach. So much so that we realized we over-packed(good problem to have). We cannot wait to stay here again!!!

Perfect staycation❤️

We have such a wonderful week at this property. It was perfectly located in the middle of enough to do but also quiet enough that when we went to the beach we were only seeing our neighbors and had plenty of beach space. We loved having the bedrooms upstairs so the early risers didn’t wake everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook meals when we chose to eat in. Pam was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Looking forward to making this a regular stay every summer!

Excellent Condo!

Perfect location! The beach is just steps from your door and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Super clean condo and updated throughout. Comes with ample kitchen supplies, linens, beach towels, and a whole storage unit of beach equipment. Had excellent communication with owner pre-arrival and during our stay. Pool was heated and spacious. Overall, would highly recommend this condo!!!

Beautiful place for family Spring Break!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! I know Pam can’t control the weather but it was perfect! The pool was warm and inviting! The beach was a short walk across the parking lot. The condo was well stocked with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and kitchen items. (Sounds silly to appreciate those things but many rentals don’t have those things!). The four of us were very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings to watch the people on the street, the ocean and the sunsets! When we return to IRB we will definitely see if this beauty is available!!

Fabulous Getaway

Our two weeks on the beach was fabulous! The condo is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. The sandy beach is steps away and you can walk it for miles. The condo was spotless when we arrived, it is adorable with a very beachy vibe. There are unique art pieces that make the condo so special. Pam the owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The stay exceeded our expectations!

Another great week!

This is the second time staying in this complex. Both were terrific. This unit is at the very end of the complex, but it is only a few steps to the beach (small complex). Recently upgraded throughout unit. The only item I wish it had were smart TVs or Rokus (or the like) to watch Netflix, etc. Would stay here again!

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. We just love the condo! The owner Pam is awesome and so helpful. It’s a great location and the condo has all you need for a perfect family vacation… well stocked with all the comforts of home and very clean and so organized.

Great place, awesome location!

The property was very nice and had all the essentials for a weeks stay. When we got there the passcode that was suppose to give us entry into the townhouse was incorrect. I messaged, called and texted the owner and received no response. We asked a few neighbors and they were able to help us find somebody to get the issue resolved. (We were close to losing all of our refrigerated groceries we had just bought for the week!). After that fiasco, we had a fantastic time. The owner did connect back with us days after our trip was over and apologized for not switching the code. Despite the start, we had the best week! I would recommend the place!
