    Welcome to Kimpton Cove, your home away from home! This spacious home located on a quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for families ad groups. Featuring a heated pool, gazebo, hammock, and outdoor games. Inside, enjoy comfortable seating for movie nights and a fully equipped kitchen for family meals. With plenty of room to relax and play, Coral Cove is the ideal spot for making lasting memories.     The space
    Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, Coral Cove is the perfect home for groups and families. The open concept allows for friends and family to easily gather together. Head outside to the private, fully fenced yard and take a dip into the heated pool, relax on the hammock or grill and have your meals outdoor. Beat the Florida heat and relax inside where there`s a large Roku TV in every room, comfortable seating and plenty of board games. The kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry is right off the kitchen for your convenience. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, large closets, touch lamps with USB ports and blackout curtains. With fast Wifi and multiple work spaces this home is perfect for the work from home traveler.

    The house is centrally located to Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin and St. Petersburg. Each location with a variety of different stores, activities and restaurants. Also just 1 hr and 30 min from Disney! And you are only 5 min away from grocery stores and other shops in Largo.

    Largo is the 3rd largest city in the Tampa Bay Area and has more parks than anywhere else in Pinellas County! The developing Downtown area is home to some boutique businesses and a variety of local restaurants. Before you hit the Gulf Beaches, venture out and explore what Largo has to offer.

    * Kid friendly - The house is equipped with a playpen, high chair, children`s toys/games and children`s utensils. Pool fence is available as well.

    * Dog friendly - Fully trained and well behaved dogs are welcome. 2 dogs max

Absolutely NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN SIDE THE PROPERTY, PLEASE DISCARD OF ANY CIGARETTE BUTTS IN THE PROPER MANNER if smoking outside of the property TO AVOID A $50 FINE.

The pool was advertised as the highlight of this home. The pool was green and dirty. The pool pump was not set to run on a schedule like they claimed. They also advertise it as heated but don’t tell you until after you book it that they charge you for it. Can’t run on a schedule if the breakers are off and there’s no power going to it. This is my first stay where the climate is locked, thankfully they did agree to turn the temp down or it would have been too hot. This home needs a lot of landscaping help. We arrived to dirty socks and a dirty patio. All the pool toys are broken. They are upset we didn’t choose to argue back and forth with them on the pool being dirty after I brought it up immediately after arriving. The pool company arrived 4 days into our stay and told us quite a bit about the owners and the lack of pool maintenance here. The owners said we are liars though I have pictures of the pool man and him cleaning…avoid this home it’s not worth it. Do yourself a favor and find something closer to the beach!

Floors and bath tub were slightly dirty upon arrival but nothing major. The pool was great and we had great communication with the host to heat it. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty terrible and definitely old. Highly recommend replacing that. Overall not a bad place

We had a wonderful six week stay at Kimpton Cove. The host Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly. The home was spotless on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill frequently under the pergola. The furniture was comfortable. The master king bed was very comfortable. The home is close to a grocery store, gas station and a golf course we enjoyed weekly.

The house was nicely redone, and decorated well. The pool was a fantastic amenity, the mattresses weren’t the best but they weren’t the worst either, and the bbq grill was a nice cooking option. No bugs outside or inside the property. Great proximity to the grocery stores, local food chains, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, and Madeira Beach.
