Stayed here with my wife and 10 week old baby, first big trip for us as a family unit. The property was beautiful and located in the best possible spot in Pass A Grille. Overall 10/10 we will be coming back.

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and quiet. Once you park your car you don’t need to drive again. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach. I love that they provided beach chairs!

I have come to Pass-a-Grill every few years for about 20 years and stayed at many places in the area. This was by far the smallest place with the highest price. They reached out at 4:45 pm the day before requesting information to let me check in. They woke me up the second morning with no notice asking me to move my car. The shades on the windows do not block out sunlight. The kitchen is not big enough to have space for a drying rack for dishes. The bathroom is too small to keep from banging your head on the vanity. It is recently renovated, clean, with nice bedding. It's just too small to justify the price but a decent place of last resort if you cannot find anything else available nearby.

Hello and thank you for your stay, at the time of booking we have in the description that we take a copy of your photo id, signed contract, and we need your vehicle information. You did not provide these 3 steps so that is why we called you the day before check in requesting these items. We also tried contacting you multiple times about parking in the right space but could not get a hold of you. All windows have two shades, the first is a brown shade that lets light in, the next shade is solid and blocks the light. We are putting a 40 by 18 large swimming pool in our courtyard with cabanas which will be ready by May 2024. We will continue to upgrade our property and our suites. Thank you for your business.

Walls thin and noise is a barrier to sleep( depending on your neighbor). Smoke alarm chirped for 2 hours. Neighbors were noisy most of the night (2 of the 3 nights). Tenants smoking on porch outside of our door( number 5). Took at least a minute and one half to get hot water - a big waste of water. I reported 2 issues and got no response. The unit was very clean. Location is great.

Hello, we did not receive any calls or messages from you. Our number is 727.592.2286 and our email is info@techtravel.com, we would of came right out to replace the battery in the alarm, told guests no smoking outside, and we would of turned up the tankless water heater.

Stayed on the first floor Unit 6 and whenever someone on the 2nd floor walked we could hear them moving around. It was quite noisy.

Amazing property!
Quiet, quaint hotel in the heart of Pass-a-grille - you can walk anywhere. Perfect views of the ocean & sunrise from our unit. Unit was spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was small but didn’t spend much time in there anyways. Great communication from property management team.

Nice and well kept , we really enjoyed being so close to brass monkey and beach access! The only downside I could see was no pool. Hopefully they get one soon!

Kathy, We apologize if there were any issues with the AC during your stay. We understand that you rented 2 units and after check out you sent us an email saying the AC wasnt working in unit 7. Is there a reason you waited until you checked out to notify us there was an issue? We strive to make everystay as close to perfect as possible. Had we known that there was an issue we would have immediately fixed it or moved you to another unit. The email we recieved after checking out also read, "The place is adorable - we will be back when we can stay longer." this contracdicts the review you have left for the property here. Did we do something wrong that changed your opinion. We would love to work with you on resolving this. Thank you

Loved it! It was tranquil and peaceful, cute and modern and location was a plus. Stores and restaurants in neighborhood were friendly. Customer service I give them an A They responded fast and were courteous. Will be coming back and recommending La Tortuga to my loved ones. Very thankful for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
