  • Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

    Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

    Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

    Whether you are looking for lots of fun or want to kick off your shoes, lay back and enjoy the warm Gulf waters then this is the place to do it!

This stay was perfect, the condo had everything we needed and everyone was happy with the accommodations. The beach was great, easy access and we really could hear the waves inside, we were close! The Reef restaurant across the street was a good beach restaurant and the sushi nearby was convenient as well. We liked that the neighborhood had sidewalks. The manager was great with communication and informative and friendly.

The perfect spot for a getaway with friends. The ease of booking to checking out was so simple and the guide book app is a must. The place was clean, comfortable and had almost everything provided for us. Everything was updated but understandably the electrical system showed it age. We definitely will recommend this place and stay again.

Great beach stay

We had plenty of space for our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including beach supplies, washer/dryer and a high chair. The beach was great and we were only steps away, so we could easily come and go throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

This condo is well situated and it's stocked with everything you might need for your stay! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. it's there for you. The host was in constant contact with us. We had a great time and will rent this unit again if available for our next trip to Madeira Beach!
