Beach Place #306 - This luxurious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Direct Beach Front unit is located just across from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Views of John's Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

You wont be disappointed when you walk in the door of this up scale unit. Updated throughout with tile flooring, new baths and modern kitchen. In unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This 1350 square foot unit easily and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. King in Master Bedroom, Two Queens size beds in second bedroom and another Queen size bed in the third bedroom.

Saturday to Saturday Bookings only. This unit requires a $300 refundable damage deposit. This unit offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Upgraded flooring, furniture, appliances, 42' wall hung plasma TV's, new mattresses, and new hurricane proof windows and doors that keep it cool and quiet inside while still affording great views of the outside. Cable TV and free highspeed wifi internet so you can "work from home" if you need to. Onsite 7 day a week management to assist with anything you might need.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.| Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

It was just ok.

In all fairness to the property owners , I feel that when reviewing a stay , I have to include the management company and the building amenities. My rating for the condo would be a 4/5. The rating for everything else would be a 2/5 - averaging a 3/5. The condo itself is very well kept and nicely stocked with the essential kitchen ware. It was described as luxurious - which I think is a stretch. There are parts that are dated like the master bed and the showers. The location is great as it is across from John’s Pass but that also means it is very busy and noisy. As for the management company , I think they failed miserably. There are lists everywhere with rules for the building area and the pool. We saw at least half of them being broken over the week we were there, with zero enforcement. We even sent a written complaint about the group of women around the pool blaring the music. Not the relaxing vacation we wanted from busy work schedules. Our parking spot was taken three times, people had towels hanging from their balconies. Lots of stuff being stored in the hallways. Lots of saving of chairs and tables all day and not using them. Kids yelling from their balconies to the people around the pool. I know this has a lot to do with the types of visitors that were there and their disregard for others , but if you’re going to set rules at least enforce them. Overall it was ok but on our next visit we’ll head down the beach a ways where it’s quieter. PS the elevator is slow !!

Wonderful time

We found this place a couple of years ago and love it. It’s perfect for us. Room is great, the beach is wonderful. Shopping across the street with some great food. You don’t need a car if you don’t want to all you need is within walking distance.

Beautiful views

This is a nice property. The building is on the older side but the condo was updated and nicely furnished. The pool was heated even in the coldest weather and there were chairs to rent out on the beach as well as some in the condo for use. The only drawback was the noisy public parking lot alongside the unit. If it weren't for that we would definitely rent again.
