This spacious and modern townhome offers the perfect space for your family gatherings on the Gulf coast beaches. Your family pet is also welcome to join along in the adventure.



    Centrally located you will be close to many options to enjoy - entertainment, shopping, dining, and a variety of outdoor activities. Just a short drive away is John's Pass Village featuring festivals, beautiful views and a wide choice of water sport options like jet skiing, parasailing and fishing.



    Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a cozy living room to relax and unwind after your adventure-filled days. There are three balconies to soak up the morning sun with coffee or enjoy the evening Gulf breezes with your favorite beverage. Outside, you will find a shared putting green and BBQ grills, perfect for family gatherings or friendly competitions.

    Things To Know:

  • Pet Policy: One dog is permitted per townhome.
  • Parking: Parking is assigned per unit and must be followed at all times. Each townhome includes one garage space and one additional parking space directly outside the garage. Parking spaces are designed for compact and standard-sized vehicles.
  • Good Neighbor Policy: This is a quiet residential area. No parties or events are permitted, and a good neighbor policy is strictly enforced.
  • Booking Flexibility: Traveling with a group? Each home is available to book individually under Island Vibes 1–4 or as a collection under Island Vibes Grand, depending on availability. Please note however, there are no connecting doors.
  • Please Note:This is a three-story townhome with stairs, and there are no elevators on the property.
