Beautiful new 3 story Intracoastal home on the nicest street in Indian Rocks Beach. No expense spared in the furnishing of this designer owned stunner--Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Arhaus etc. Enjoy the day in the resort style pool with built in hot tub and sun shelf. Pool can be heated or cooled depending on your preference. Multiple decks to enjoy the beautiful sunsets or hop in the 6 person electric golf cart and head over to the beach (5 minute ride) to toast the end of another perfect gulf day! Main level Master bedroom (split king adjustable) bed with separate soaking tub, large walk-in shower, closet with washer and dryer, and separate his and hers vanities. 4 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor--each with its own en-suite bathroom and king beds. Loft (accessed with a ladder) off the 3rd floor family room with two additional twin XL beds. Two large living areas with super comfortable furnishings to kick back and relax. Workout room/additional 6th bedroom with two twin XL beds on the garage level along with additional full bathroom. Dedicated office on the main level. Kitchen has everything a chef will need to cook and bake (two ovens) along with essential spices, Vita-mix blender, toaster, air-fryer, crock-pot, griddle, waffle maker. Range is gas. Traditional drip coffee maker along with Keurig and classic Nespresso pod coffee brewers, and a milk frother. TVs in every room along with the outdoor patios on the ground and second floors. On the rare chilly day enjoy the fireplaces--one in the living room and an outdoor gas fireplace by the pool.
Enjoy fishing from the dock, taking out the kayaks (2) or paddle-boards (5), or just sit in the Adirondack chairs and watch for dolphins which are spotted frequently in the water behind the home. The owners have been 5 star hosts for many years and know the details that make your stay perfect. Ping pong table, corn hole and many games and puzzles are supplied for your enjoyment. 5 bikes are also provided for your use.
This home is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and your family and friends will love it!
Indian Rocks Beach is a hidden gem with many great restaurants and bars. The beach itself is pristine and the golf cart allows you to park in the resident permit parking spots at the many beach access lots.

Amazing property

What a great experience! Amazing home with quality pool and beach supplies. Gorgeous decor and spacious accommodations throughout the home. Golf cart is a major plus. Communication and instructions are thorough and timely. Would highly recommend!!

Incredible property

What a gorgeous property. It looks even better than the pictures. It had everything you would need plus more. It was in prestine condition, such a dream property. The neighborhood felt safe to let our kids ride bikes, the golf cart was great to get us in town. Dolphins swimming by, great fishing off the dock for the kids, sunset's every night.The owner was close by if we needed anything and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommended and hope to go back next year!

Simply the best

All other short term rentals take note. This is how it’s done not all rentals end up being exactly what the ad showed. Not the case here this place is well kept incredibly well stocked absolutely stunning and the pictures that are lovely online. Still don’t do it justice. Everything was exactly as promised and as described the host were communicative, generous and very easy to work with. We had an absolutely fabulous time with six high school seniors and six adults. It was absolutely wonderful. Incredible kitchen fabulous pool great location. Golf cart was awesome to have. Truly could not ask for more. Well done.

Amazing Vacation

Everything about staying at Dolphin Cove was first class and more than expected. The home is beautiful, and stocked with kitchen items, beach items, bicycles, at-home-rec items, amenities, etc., etc., etc. We had a fabulous time and recommend Tom and Dolphin Cove to anyone with a large group looking for a beautiful home for a vacation

Amazing Home

We stayed at this property for New Years. We arrived after 3 days at Universal Studios in Orlando and it was just what we wanted, a nice relaxing end to our vacation. The home itself is better than the pictures. Super spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and a great backyard to enjoy the sun! We loved all the amenities and our kids especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaking, using the golf cart, the location to the beach, etc. It was perfect! Tom is great to work with. We have stayed at a couple of his properties and each time it has been amazing. He is super easy to communicate with and is great at providing plenty of information about the property. He makes everything super simple and takes great care to make sure your stay is stress free. We will for sure visit this property again.

Best Ever Family Vacation

We've been doing a family vacation over Christmas for many years, and this place was perfect for our needs. For a group ranging from 17 to 87, it worked out very well. The pool, hot tub, workout room, office, dock, kayaks, etc. kept everyone occupied, and the fact that we were near Clearwater and Tampa gave the young adults added excursions. And the elder generation enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the dolphins at play!

50th Wedding Anniversary

My immediate family of 10 gathered from across the country to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The property was even more impressive in person than in the pictures and description. The space and facilities allowed us to share the time together while still having our privacy. The provided amenities allowed us to enjoy the pool and close-by beach without stress and the support from the owner was readily available without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this property. Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious!

Stunning home!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 2 toddlers, the outside perimeter fence on the canal allowed us to enjoy our outdoor space without any fear. The entire area, home, amenities, location, golf cart, pool and too many extras to name, made for a perfect vacation. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would give this place a perfect 10! The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere drew us in as soon as we walked through the door. The owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel special with all the amazing amenities. This is the best family vacation spot we’ve ever been and we are already planning to return.

One of the "Best of VRBO"

Outstanding in all aspects. At this price point expectations are high and this property delivers. Location on the waterway is fabulous. It is stocked with everything needed for recreation (paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, golf cart, board games). Immaculately clean upon arrival. The house has many "smart" features which are a delight. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare any type of meal. The view from the multiple porches at sunset is wonderful. Pool and jacuzzi sparkle. From confirmation to check-out, the personal service is concierge-class. Our stay was amazing!

Unforgettable memories made!!

We absolutely loved this home. Everything was perfect. One of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen and living room were so great and opened on to the giant patio. We literally wanted to stay at the property for our whole trip. The kids loved the pool, TV room, and ping pong table; they remained entertained the entire time. We used the conveniently supplied bikes to ride to coffee every morning. The golf cart was great to get to the beach and back. There really are dolphins swimming by the dock every day! We cannot wait to go back to Indian Rocks and stay here again!! -Marc & Gretchen Dekkers
