Beach Living is a charming vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing seaside getaway.

-Guests will have full house access

-6 min walk to 15th ST beach access

Bedrooms:
*Master Bedroom - King bed, 55 inch TV, bathroom
*Second Bedroom- Queen bed, 50 inch TV
*Third Bedroom- Two twin over twin bunks

*Second bath - located in hall by second room, full walk in shower.
Third bath- located off kitchen

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰:
-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Trash comes Tues and Fri, recycling comes Weds. We will have someone come by and put the cans to the curb
-Consider buying travel insurance, no refund will be given for natural disasters such as high tides, hurricanes, etc. These things are out of our control.
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍 𝟐𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒.
-Pool is heated with pump, if weather outside is unseasonably cold (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) pool won’t reach desired temp. We don’t charge extra for pool heat, therefore no refund if the pool is cold, keep this in mind when booking.


Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
- Bring the babies because we supply a high chair and pack n play

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee.
