You can enter the ground floor of the house thru the front door with keypad lock, the waterside balcony sliding doors or the
2 car garage. This level includes a relaxing sitting area with love seat, sofa, smart TV and shuffleboard table for your entertainment.

The main living area is on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy and prepare meals. The laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer is located off of the kitchen area. A bedroom with a queen size bed is on this level along with a full bath with walk-in shower. The dining area with large table has seating for 6 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Comfortable living room has a flat screen smart TV, seating for everyone, and a balcony with magnificent views of beautiful Clearwater Bay!

The third floor has a master suite and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath with shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and large custom closet. The master suite has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors that lead to a cozy balcony, master bath with dual sinks, a walk in shower and large bathtub overlooking the serene views of the inter-coastal.

Enjoy the resort style heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs and tables along with gas grills available for your use during your stay.

House Rules:
MUST be 25 years old to rent this property. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants!
$500 damage deposit is required.
Guests are required to fill out a guest registration form prior to arrival.
Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
No pets! No parties! No smoking anywhere in or around the house(including balconies!)
10 guests only.
There is a 10 pm noise ordinance enforced by the city and must be complied with.
Removal or disconnection of any HDMI or other wires connected to the cable boxes or TV sets preventing them to be in proper working condition when the next guest arrives will cause you to be charged a $100 fee per TV.
