Please note that the Ocean Sands resort Tower 1 is undergoing a structural and garage repair project from August through December 2026. While the major garage closures and initial work are scheduled for Tower 1, guests staying in Tower 2 (where Parrot's Cove is located) may still experience noise, dust, and vibrations during daytime working hours.
