The Sunset Vistas Resort has everything you are looking for: secure and modern facilities and decor, two resort style beachfront swimming pool (one for the little ones), a beachfront Tiki bar, on-site cafe (great food!), lush tropical style grounds and assigned parking.

This fifth floor unit is located on the South side of the building, close to the beach side, with easy access to the elevators, pool and beach. Enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or a meal out on your private balcony with a nice southern view of Treasure Island beach and the Gulf water.

Location is exceptional and cleanliness was great. The beach is very family friendly. Bathroom toiletry was of low quality and kitchen is not fully equipped. Home decor a bit outdated and not inviting.

Location great. Host was responsive. Would not recommend. The condo was not clean. Fans, doors, window sills, floor boards, floors around toilets, lights, dishes as well as headboards. Washed our bedding and towels just in case. As well as dishes. They offered to send in cleaning crews but didn't want because of our personel be!ongings with no safe. Would not go back to this condo. My family enjoyed this rental! All communication was clear and accurate which made check-in and check-out super easy. Loved the building, pool and location. Having the washer/dryer in unit was sooo helpful with all the trips to the pool and the beach. From this location, we explored Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Petersburg and Tampa. This was the perfect retreat for our family. Thank you!

Best family Vaca!!

Our family had the best time here!! It was spacious and clean.The beds (even the pullout couch) were comfortable. We felt safe and the staff were super friendly. The food at the cafe was so yummy!! The bartenders were amazing!! The manager, Esa always made sure everything was taken care of and I made note of that! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience! Location was perfect. Two minute walk to beach and two minute drive to John’s Pass, which had tons of shops, restaurants and places to fish and do water excursions. The condo was equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. Including beach chairs, towels, etc.. Very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Vacation 2025

Right on the water and a fabulous beach! The condo was a little smaller than we expected, but still was great for 6 people. A little construction going on, but once complete, the bar area will be great! Lots of dining choices, though it’s extremely expensive. The food in Treasure Island, however, is outstanding.

The condo is right on the beach- you get a view of the ocean, everything was within walking distance. We barely spent any time in the condo- mainly just slept there. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrellas to take out in the beach. If traveling with kids beach toys are provided as well. Perfect for a long weekend

Girls shelling trip!

We had a fantastic time. Wonderful location!!!! Unfortunately there was construction happening on the property but the location of this condo was not affected by the noise. Also - they were very strict with start and stop times. Access to the beach was public due to the construction but that access was very close by. Had one incident of getting a warning on my windshield because of parking in the incorrect spot. However the next evening when security approached us I told him it was bc our spot was taken. He confessed it was him that was parked in 505S so we ended up having a good laugh! The condo was very clean and had a good view of the ocean. I would recommend for sure!

Clean Beachfront Condo

The condo itself was very clean including the building and property. View from the balcony was beautiful and can walk right out to the beach. This unit is located close to the elevator with the designated parking spot located right by the elevator door at the ground level. We didn’t not use, but saw the unit has beach towels and toys as well as a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. Contactless checkin and checkout was easy as well as the PIN code lock on the unit.
