Guests have access to the beach thru a locked gate. There is a large patio at the front of the building adjoining the beach with chairs for occupants to share. See photos.

Indian Rocks Beach is one of the premier beaches on the Gulf Coast. There are miles of sand with plenty of public beach access points, though here at our beach oasis, you have your private access. There are quaint shops and restaurants, activities for all ages, water sport rentals and more... all within a short distance.
This is very central to all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. There are a ton of beachy restaurants and bars, ice cream shops and boutique shops in the area, all very close to this property. If you don`t have a car, there is plenty you can access. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible if needed. We are about 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport and about 25 minutes from St Pete/Clearwater Airport. We are about 30 minutes from downtown St Pete where you can explore the Pier, shopping, museums and more.
This unit is located in the back of the beachfront building (see photos). There is a private gate leading to the beach and the front of the building is a common area for all tenants to relax and watch the sunset.
