The open floor plan has been tastefully remodeled with beautiful beach finishes done by a local designer. Take in the fiery sunrise that lights the morning sky bright orange, or the breathtaking cotton candy blue and pink sunset from the comfort of your private balcony in this beachfront, gulf facing unit. Experience living steps away from the sugar sand beaches that cool your feet on even the hottest days. Go for a relaxing morning walk and dip your toes in the calming blue-green water as the dolphins frolic nearby. Looking for activities? Every day presents a new adventure, including water sports, fishing, boating, kite surfing and more. Sea Breeze on Madeira Beach comes equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq grills, bocce ball court, outdoor space, ample parking, and laundry (same floor as the unit). Walkability is second to none! Conveniently located only one block from the world famous Johns Pass with restaurants and shopping galore! No details were spared to ensure our guests security and comfort. This place was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of five, including three teens. It was much more spacious than we expected, very clean, and—aside from the pull-out couch—the beds were extremely comfortable. Laundry facilities were conveniently located just outside the condo on the same floor for a small fee. The location couldn’t be better: right by the beach with great shell collecting, plenty of walking, and close enough to walk to John’s Pass. We enjoyed meals at DeLosa’s Pizza and Caddy’s, and playing putt-putt at Smugglers Cove was a highlight—one of the best courses we’ve played in a long time, though it would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. If I had to offer one critique, the living area and deck only had seating for four rather than five or six. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Fantastic responsive host, wonderful view, older but well-decorated/remodeled quiet condo unit that had everything we needed. Appreciated the laundry pods and washing machines right across the hall. Beach was quiet with tons of shells and even shark teeth for the kids to find. Pool and hot tub were relaxing and not crowded while we were there.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Clean. Balcony view of the sunsets. Very close to shopping at St John’s Pass. Appreciated the carts to help with the baggage. Would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at our women's weekend!. The unit was clean and very well stocked. I was not informed that there is a two car limit for parking. We had a few guests on a Sunday afternoon. Parking warnings with towing threats were placed on their cars. There were many parking spots available in the parking lot and under the building. I understand there are rules, but I should have been notified in advance.

Amazing property with a great balcony and access to a beach. Property comes with everything you need for a stay at the beach including beach chairs, towels, etc. It is also a quick walk to the bars and restaurants at John’s Pass. Would stay again!

Had a great time in this awesome property! Right on the beach and the views were AMAZING! The umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice to have available. The unit is clean and nicely remodeled. We’re were close to everything but was quiet and mellow at the same time. Wonderful!!

The location of the condo was perfect. Steps to the beach and about 4 blocks from John's Pass shopping and dining.The condo was stocked with the necessary items in the kitchen as well as for the beach and the beds were very comfortable. Jeffrey responded to the few questions I had very quickly.

Book this property NOW! We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Madeira Beach! The unit was spotless and very well-kept, which made it feel immediately comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and kept the condo cool, even during the heat of the day. The view from the unit was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just down the road at John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Madeira Beach! BTW… you have to visit American Legion Post 273 while you’re there!

It was wonderful place to stay. Had everything we needed. Only one problem that was all the codes. Sometimes they worked other times we had to try several times. I thought u might want to know that the door security pad and handle are loose. They may want to look at that also i think it needs darker blinds in the front bedroom. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

This location was amazing. Everything you needed for the beach was provided, and it's so close it's super convenient to just pop back upstairs. I highly recommend this location and we'll be looking to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unit and place. Such easy access to everything and the sites and views were awesome! Watching dolphins every morning was one of our favorites from our balcony. Jeffrey is super easy to communicate with and very accomodating. The unit had so many extras that we didn't end up spending extra money on! Can't say enough and will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Our family had an amazing week in Madeira Beach. Jeffery’s condo is conveniently located to many local attractions. The condo was clean and had all of the items needed for our stay. We especially loved the beach umbrella and chairs. Thanks for helping us experience a great vacation!
