Ett sovrum på första våningen lägenhet med 2 fulla sängar i sovrummet, garderob för dina kläder, ett nyligen renoverat badrum med duschkabin - alla kaklade och har en gripbar. Ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats. Några steg till den uppvärmda poolen. Stranden är en två minuters promenad.

Kom och njut av din St Pete Beach Get-away! Bokstavligen bara korsa gatan och du är på majestätiska St Pete Beach njuta av sanden mellan tårna!

Köket har krukor, kokkärl och alla kakor som är nödvändiga för att njuta av din semester. Denna fastighet erbjuder en uppvärmd pool med gott om sittplatser för gästerna. Du kan chatta upp det med grannarna eller koppla av och hålla dig själv och läsa en bok.

Great Location

Communication with Roger was great! This unit was recently remodled and work is being done on the surronding units. Noise wasn't an issue, as they worked during the day when we weren't in the room much anyway. Pool is steps away from the room and the beach just across the parking lot! Location was perfect! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit is newly furnished, so not a lot of the "extras" yet. Beach supplies, pizza pan, small things like that, but definitely still a great place to stay!! 2 teenage girls shared the pull out and were fine all week. Bedroom has a nice king bed. Would recommend staying here!!

Awesome location

Perfect weekend getaway to stay on the beach. Condo was clean and well organized, spacious, and comfortable. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Grocery store within short driving distance. Awesome communication with property management! Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!

This was an amazing location!!! Just literally a 3 min walk to beach. The furniture was very uncomfortable. It was a little outdated, but we knew that going in so it didn't bother us. But all the living room furniture is very low to ground and not comfortable at all. So if you are inside much keep that in mind. They had camping chairs and noodles and things which was a nice bonus. Overall I would stay there again. Also as a bonus they had a salt water pool right out the door. It was amazing!! Very quiet and safe area.

was very pleased with the location just across the street from the beach. The room was cleanly. The furniture was dated, but I did not come there to hang out in the room. the kitchen was very well stocked and if you keep making more ice, there was plenty of ice so I didn’t have to buy more from a store. Very close to nice restaurants in Corey Ave., Sunday market was an extra special treat. An Italian bakery across from Cory Avenue on Gulf Boulevard had delicious food and great coffee. The pool was nice but I preferred going to the beach. Would recommend for the future

Nice spot to get away

We stay in St Pete Beach twice per year usually in this area. This unit was clean. A lot of units have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella but this one did not. The unit was clean but could use some updating. The mattress was sagging quite a bit.

Cozy, but somewhat dated.

The unit was in a great location. Decor and mattresses were dated but usable. There is very limited parking during busy beach times because it right next to a public access. The pool is secluded private and beautiful. We had an excellent stay and I would still recommend this to others. Just don't expect the Ritz Carlton! The manager made it easy to book and we had no issues while wwte there.

Not recommended

Although my husband and I loved the location and the outside premises with pool, this particular unit was horrible! The furniture was actually filthy ( I had to cover it with towels), the stovetop burners only worked on high, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and furnishings were shabby. The floor was dirty, and I had to wipe down every surface in order to set things in the drawers and closet. The bed linens were good, bath towels were fine. I’m glad I brought my own beach towels because the ones provided were threadbare. The location is great, very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. I know other units in the same building are very nice (and clean) and updated. I definitely do NOT recommend.

A filthy condo with bugs

Our unit was filthy!! The stove, door frames, and furniture were absolutely horrid; stove burner protectors were rusty as were the door frames, especially in the bathroom. The unit desperately in need of paint and it looked like nothing had been done to this unit since the 1970's. The paint was chipped over the entire unit. The couch was threadbare and very dirty (black dirt). Pillows the same. There were no hangers in the closet and no drawers to put things away. Therefore, we could not get settled into the unit and our stuff was piled all over the place, which was very small. The bedroom was so small that all there was room for was the bed. The closet doors were difficult to slide open. There were bugs all over the kitchen. It's not only that it was so dirty - it was the kind of dirt that could not be cleaned. The window blinds were covered with dust which I tried to clean but the dirt was embedded on the blind. And there were dead flies on the window sill. I understand some of the units were renovated which made me wonder why we got stuck with this disgusting place. I could not get out of there fast enough. Location was wonderful and the outside pool was very nice. I would not stay there for free.

Excellent Place

Great location right next to the beach with a nice pool. The property included everything listed and two closets full of extra items to use at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing gear, etc). Overall this was a great place to visit!

Location, pool, manager communication A+ But

This condo has the perfect location the pool and grounds are great and the manager communication excellent. The condo it’s self is in need of much repair. The furniture is filthy the hanging wicker light has holes throughout, the night stand in the bedroom doesn’t even sit on the floor missing pieces the top drawer won’t open handle gone. The curtain rods were taken down but never painted the walls and floors were filthy the cabinets haven’t been washed or wiped down forever. The tv is about 32 inches at most wires and cords hanging down the wall and a snack tray holding the cable box. The beds were like sleeping in a ditch the one bed didn’t even have a mattress pad. Ok enough said. I wish I could attach pictures.

LOCATION LOCATION!

This was a GREAT location directly across from the beach and several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property grounds/pool area very nice and well maintained. The unit itself was not. Furniture all needs to be replaced, the couches were dirty and beds were crushed. But was not expensive so expected some of that.

the smell and furnace filter where horrible!! I replaced it myself. Also the beds need to be replaced! It's such a great location....the pool area well maintained! Just need a better house keeper. And some consistency on housekeeping.

Okay property, cannot beat the location!

Small property, older and needs updates. Bathroom had recently been updated, but unit could use a deep clean, new furniture, and some updated decor. Worked for our family of four (with younger children), but glad we had the beach not too far away to spread out as it definitely felt cramped in the unit itself. Kids enjoyed the pool and the extra leftover sand and water toys.

Disappointed overall

Needs updating by a professional and carpet was dirty! I ask for towels and the manager of 806 told me they usual give “1” towel a “week”! Does he use one towel for a week? Sent one change of sheets that were a twin size that didn’t fit either bed. Tv was out the whole 2 weeks of our stay. Had to buy dish towels and only got some from them 3 days before check out! Listing said the room had a sliding glass door that opened to the pool! There were none at any room. Pool area was nice but had huge ants nest in base of umbrella. Balcony was so tiny they couldn’t fit 2 chairs on! Really misleading information on web site about this property!
