Välkommen till "The Island House" i vackra Island Estates i Clearwater Beach. Vi är stolta över att kunna erbjuda detta hus för kräsna hyresgäster. Det är fullt möblerat från kryddor till hårtorkar. Island Estate House är en kanalfront, en skärmad pool och ett spa-hem med en brygga. Vi föredrar 4 veckors vistelser. Vi kommer att överväga 2 eller 3 veckor beroende på tid på året och tillgänglighet. Grand Master svit med King bed, ytterligare ett sovrum med en King, sedan en drottning och två tvillingar för de återstående fjärde sovrummen. Massor av TV-apparater inklusive en utomhuspool-TV. Kakelgolv i den stora bekväma familjen / matplatsen. Privat Cul-de-sac gatan minuter från Publix och restauranger Island Way Grill, SushiTu och Windward Grille allt inom Island Estates. Om du inte vill köra tillhandahåller Clearwater Jolly Trolley Bus Service, www. clearwaterjolleytrolley. com. Beträffande vistelsens längd, vänligen kommunicera med ägaren. Huset är uthyret redo med alla godbitar inklusive W / D, fullt utrustat kök, sängkläder, handdukstorkar etc. Du sitter på den bredaste delen av kanalen och har vacker utsikt hela tiden. Vi har försökt göra det till ett ställe där du kommer att hitta bekvämt och smakfullt inredda.

Wonderful experience

We can not express our appreciation of this beautiful home and the owners who were so gracious. The home was so well kept and furnished for comfort and enjoyment. The back deck had a lovely view to enjoy with a pool and hot tub. We loved the beautiful well-stocked kitchen and laundry room that was so nice. . The bedrooms were lovely and especially the master bedroom with view of the pool. The living room was so comfortable and we enjoyed the wonderful new sofa. . The area with tree lined street was very private and safe. Location was great too. Owners were responsive to our every need. It was a delightful vacation indeed.

Frequent dolphin viewing and amazing house!

One floor layout of the house was perfect for our 4 generation (ages 6 to 90) family gathering in this amazing house. Awesome pool, hot tub and outdoor tv for viewing March madness games. Fishing and dolphin watching (in the canal outside the pool) provided plenty of activities for the whole family. Two bikes were used almost daily in this bike-friendly island. We had quick access to the beach, grocery store and trolley stop. Host Bob was very responsive making for a smooth check in and check out.

Great house and location

A beautiful home and an exquisite location. My wife and I were there for a month to visit with our son and his family who live in Clearwater. It was a wonderful stay. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the property (so did we) and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and riding the bikes that were provided. I rode the bike to the beach almost every day. Clearwater Beach is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Bob was a very responsive and personable host and it was easy to communicate with him. I enjoyed my few interactions with him. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home away from home!

Perfect Vacation Home

We cannot say enough good things about this property and its owner, Bob. This home is kept spotless! Upon arrival, you can instantly tell that Bob and his family take great pride in the home. They have taken the time to stock it with extra towels, sheets, and toiletries. We enjoyed several sunrises and sunsets(with dolphins) on the dock with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The pool and hot tub provided an excellent place for everyone to relax outside. Everything in the home that was promised to work, did. Bob was also kind enough to check in with us through our stay to see if we needed anything. If you are on the fence about a house to rent for your family, you have found it!

Terrific house and neighborhood

We spent 6 weeks there and really enjoyed the stay. The house is well laid out and better stocked than any other VRBO property that I've used. Bob, the owner, is extremely responsive to any issues and/or questions. In addition, the neighborhood is beautiful. It's on a very quiet, treelined cul-de-sac and has beautiful views of the water from the patio and pool in the rear.

Exceptional Property

Our second year at Island House was equally impressive as the first. There were upgrades to the property and it continues to be the most well supplied residence we have ever visited. Great House & Location

Spent 6 weeks in this property with our two children ages 8 & 11. The children were learning remotely and my husband and I were remote working. WiFi didn’t let us down. Pool and hot tub were amazing and included lots of pool toys for the kids. We also loved the beaches nearby and the house catered for a great day out at the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. The kids also loved Fishing off the dock at the back of the house and got to see lots of dolphins swim by. The house is well equipped and had everything we would ever need and more. House layout was also great for a family. Furniture and beddings were all in great condition. I’m looking forward to returning ASAP!

Home away from home proves terriffic!

We had everything we needed. The house was so very clean and neat. The pool and hot tub are above and beyond perfect. The beds are so very comfortable. We saw many Dolphins in the canal. Awesome Property and Owner

“Island House” is the a true gem in its location, amenities, ambiance. Our family enjoyed a delightful two month stay and did not want to leave. The design is perfect for families and any possible need has been considered. It is our hope to return many times in the future. Bob is wonderful and accommodating in every way. The house and owner are incredible

We rented this home to get away to the water with our daughter and in-laws. The house layout is better than the virtual tour can depict- master has is really secluded. Nicely decorated, maintained and fully stocked with every nice amenity you could want. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is secluded. We will be scheduling time to come back next year.

Quarantined in Paradise

This home was beautiful, spotless and well suited for a family. It was well stocked with our everyday needs. The swimming pool was perfect. We were able to eat every meal outside. Just one word: PERFECT

We came over from Germany with our parents and child (total of 4 adults and one child) and really enjoyed our vacation. Bob was extremly helpful and whenever we had questions it literally took only minutes to get them answered.. The house and equipment is in very good shape and you can hardly recognize that it isn‘t amongst the younger ones in this neighbourhood. The house comes with a waterfront terrace and a boat dock and it takes you only 15-30 minutes to reach the open sea and/or the scenic islands around. Nothing more to say as just the single word: PERFECT.

Terrific holiday home

We returned to this property for a third time .......because it is just wonderful for a family vacation. The house is well cared for and has everything one could possibly need. Perfect place to stay

This home has it all. It has been furnished in a way that makes you feel right at home during your visit to Clearwater. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Clearwater while being a short bike ride from the beach. The owners were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I just can't say how much we loved staying in this home and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful position in friendly leafy neighbourhood, minutes to beach .House spotless functional

We arrived exhausted from a long flight to be welcomed to a perfect home. The neighbour offered help to unpack the car! All the little things that matter so much were all perfect, the air con, the kitchen and everything in it were clean and in good working order, the pool was perfect, the bathrooms spotless and lovely, the linens were luxuriously crisp. The view was so relaxing and the fishing from the pier such fun. The beach is 3 mins away as were the restaurants and Publix supermarket. We had a lovely family holiday and would recommend this property to any family prepared to treat it well, the Owner deserves it. This is the first time I have ever left a review in years of staying in different homes, but this one truly deserves acknowledging the effort and care put into looking after it. Thanks Bob.

The owner was very accommodating. The house, pool, dock, and boat lift were all in perfect working order. The house had ice cold AC and plenty of beautiful sunsets that we enjoyed from the pool and dock. The location was two minutes from the beach. We have rented plenty of houses in the past and this property has been the best prepared. The owner made the arrival and departure go seamlessly. This is an ideal place to bring the family to, or just get away and relax. From the time we arrived even the neighbors were friendly and made you feel right at home. Thanks for the great stay.
