Location and house were great! Only downfalls was the bedrooms temp only went down to 70 so was constantly waking up too hot, ice maker didn’t work, haven’t had to deal w ice trays in years was a pain, fridge never really seemed to get cold was strange, but location and house itself was fun! WiFi was In and out so with kids was difficult but appreciated the effort to get it fixed right away the best they could..parrots right outside one balcony were amazing to watch. Main bedroom just way too hot

fridge ice maker didn't work, the place was great though i saw other house in this neighborhood and this was the best, mark and Darcy were awesome to work with. my family loved the place too.

Family vacation

We all had a great time here. The location is great, with its proximity to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. I loved the fact that the beach was not crowded. The host was very accommodating and we plan to return next year.

Perfect beach getaway

This spot is a short 5 min walk from the gorgeous beaches. Stocked with everything you could possibly need (including a wagon, coolers, chairs, towels, and unbrellas). It was quiet and the perfect location for our girls’ getaway!

House worked well for our friend trip. Short walk to the beach. Note there is beach construction going on and some days we had to walk to further entrances. Beach equipment was appreciated, especially the wagon. House was very clean snd spacious, minimally furnished which was fine for our group. Walking distance to a great bakery/coffee shop and a few restaurants. I would book again.

Fantastic Large Family Beach Rental

Everything we needed for a fun filled family vacation. Property was great, Darcy was very accommodating and responded quickly with all of our questions. Beautiful Beach was a few steps away. We had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation

This place was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for my teenagers to spread out. It was clean, updated and only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The owners answered our questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Was not able to check in on time because they had someone at the property working on it. Had to leave and come back later. The wifi did not work for the first day, and was spotty even after they "fixed" it. The hot tub advertised was just entirely missing. None of these items were communicated ahead of time by the host, which would have gone a long way.

We had family coming from a few different places. The location was great. The condo had plenty of room for 6 adults. We had a great time at the beach. We want to make this a yearly event !!

Wonderful all around!

The house was perfect!! Clean and very spacious. Stocked kitchen w all spices and everything you need. Multiple patios. Beds were so comfortable! I would definitely stay again! Perfect distance to beach and restaurants. Tons of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon to pull it in….it was absolutely perfect!

Close to beach

Just a couple blocks from the beach, very spacious and clean. They had lots of beach chairs & toys plus a wagon to haul it all in so that was a huge plus with kids. Quiet neighborhood and lots of beds for a big group. There are a ton of stairs at this property so if that’s a problem for you beware that the kitchen/living area is on the third floor. Overall a nice place we’d go back to if in the area again

Girlfriend trio

The location was wonderful. Close to restaurants, beach and pickleball. The only issue is the elevator isn't working and if you have people who can't go up two flights of stairs it might be difficult. Especially hauling groceries up those steps. House was very clean. The beach chairs, towels and wagon came in very handy.

Great home for a vacation

We appreciated the 4 bedrooms and two1/2 baths that are in the home for our group. The outside porches were used frequently. The short walk to the beach was perfect as well as the number of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, etc. that were supplied. The various floors of the home gave each of us space if we needed it.

Place was nice with plenty of beds. Some minor issues that need to be addressed. (Broken cabinet door). Overall the place and hosts were both good. Good communication on a last minute repair that was needed
