This is a three bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo featuring a spiral staircase from the balcony down to the pool and beach, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free wireless Internet and free long distance in the US and Canada. The living room has a flat screen HDTV and access to the beachfront balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have cable TV. Amenities on site at Sand Castle III include a beachfront heated pool, spa and gas grills. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rentals only.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
