Sandy Shores 405 1 BR Gulf Front Corner Condo

  • This one bedroom/1bath corner unit offers an amazing panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico as well as a view to the northwest from the living room and private balcony. The kitchen is updated with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

Absolutely Perfect

Great place, the views were in incredible! We were able to check in early which was very exciting. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Suggestions: replace coffee table it’s very unsteady and unsafe, also the bed closest to the tv really needs a new mattress. Everything else was great. Nice touch having beach toys

Spacious unit with the BEST views! Pretty sparsely furnished but overall comfortable. Gate and elevator codes were a hassle but pool and pool deck were nice and beach was great. I hope to go back.

Gorgeous views

We enjoyed our stay and loved the views and convenience to John’s pass. The bed was really comfy and it had extra blankets and towels. Wish the cleanliness was a little better but that’s my preference. If your looking for gorgeous views this is your place!!!

Great View

Overall a wonderful stay. The view from the living room is awesome. Place was accurate with the description. Overall place was pretty clean. There was a cockroach near the front door one morning, probably due to the gap underneath so maybe adding a rubber piece would be helpful. I didn’t let this ruin my stay though.

Beachside Stay

The place was in a great place for access to beach and John's Pass. One of the beds need a new mattress as we found ourselves climbing out of the middle of the concaved mattress. The other mattress was very comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen pots and pans, etc.

Vacation 2024

The condo was great! Awesome views! There are a few things that needs attention to: (1) the coffee table is very wobbly and should be replaced before someone gets hurt. (2) one of the dining table chair leg was also in bad shape and should be attended to. The rest of the stay was pleasant and would rent again.

The pros of this condo was the location, the view of the ocean and it was spacious. The kitchen was nice with granite countertops and decent cupboards. The cons were 1) the living room couch and loveseat desperately needs cleaning. The screen door was very difficult to open and close, to the point of not using it. 2) The kitchen cooking pans were scratched where the teflon was removed, The garbage can had no top, which is OK if you don’t mind looking at all the garbage for however long you’re there. 3) The bathroom had a toilet that was cracked and part of the caulk going around the bathtub was black.4) The bedroom- the bedframe on one of the queen size beds had pool noodles on all of the legs so that you wouldn’t hurt your knee or your toes, I don’t understand why the owner could not put a bed skirt on there to make it look much better. The closet in the bedroom is sketchy, all the extra pillows and blankets were just thrown in there, some with stains on the pillows and the blankets look like they’ve been there for about 15 years. As far as the beds, one had no top sheet and the other had a twin sheet on the queen size bed, it took me four days to get the sheets after calling every single day. We reached out to the owner on the first day and he never responded, as far as the bedspreads, they were both stained with red marks not sure if they were blood or not. It’s apparent that the owner does not want to spend any money on this condo!

Peace and tranquility

We enjoyed our short stay at Sandy Shores. The condo has a great view of both ends of the beach. It was very quiet, so we were able to relax easily. The condo location is directly across the street from shopping and good restaurants at St. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. The only downside to this condo is the firmness of the bed, which may be good for some but was a bit too firm for us. We had a couple maintenance issues that we called management about, and they were quick to respond and resolved most of the issues. Check-in was easy and uneventful.

Overall, Great Condo and Location.

We loved this property-exactly as pictured, beautiful views and great location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was I had messaged the “owner” (which is apparently a management company) a few times with questions-and got responses about 1/2 the time. Also the bathroom shower head needed to be replaced. It sprayed water on the ceiling and the spray only trickled downward. With that said, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Winter week in paradise

Cannot say enough about this corner unit view. Older but well maintained condo complex. Nice pool and close proximity to the sandy beach. Great for someone with knee or other mobility issues. No need for a car - we walked to John’s Pass and Crabbys over the bridge for all our meals. One suggestion, for the price the beds need an upgrade. The cheap frames will kill your toes or knees if you don’t keep them exposed where you can see them. No other suggestions- we will be back - hopefully soon.

Fabulous view

One bedroom condo on fourth floor with gulf front view to front and side. Plenty of pots pans crockery etc. Beds comfortable, but noisy when you move around. Very hot since they are memory foam, and one was covered in plastic mattress cover. Condo bathroom could benefit from an update. Floor covered in carpet, needs changing to tiles, or at least a deep clean together with the sofas, which were very comfortable. Good aircon, good wifi. Very small old tv in lounge. Very good visit, will return.
