This newly furnished condo has been tastefully updated with rich granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. New living room and dining room furnishings and tile floors throughout make this the perfect place to enjoy your beach vacation. You will experience breathtaking ocean views and sunsets from the privacy of your balcony from this top floor beachview unit. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

Location was great, unit was worn out. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but not one pot holder or dish towel. The pillows in the second bedroom didn’t have pillow cases and there were not any extras. I had to purchase some. Floors did not feel clean. I did contact the host, but didn’t hear back.

Yes, the veiw of the beach is from the side of the building. The building is beach front, the view is not. We found empty water bottles on the closet floor, foil wrappers in the spare bedroom, and the laundry basket was full of sand

Tv didn’t work in master bedroom. You need to have floors cleaned better. Your feet were dirty when going from shower to bedroom. And tv in living room didn’t work the best. The view isn’t the greatest mostly see roof tops when you advertise ocean view.

The condo was very nice, clean. Perfect location. There was no working TV's in the living room or master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was poor with lots of static. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response! Had to contact VRBO for advice. Again no response from the host to me Finally talked to property management - very rude, not their problem. So why do I not get a call explaining the situation New refrigerator ice maker doesn't work. Oh it's broken. So "great" place but POOR host management. So nothing. What recourse do I have VRBO?? Again no concern from host!!

This was the best location possible! The condo was as expected. However, we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on day 5 of 7 and lightbulbs were missing from lamps. We also had trouble getting the living room tv to work. We called management for help and nobody arrived until the day we were leaving. The elevator was out for part of one day, which made it very difficult for my 79 yo mother to maneuver. We would stay here again, but bring along more t.p and paper towels, as well as towels, as we were supplied just 4 bath towels for a week long stay. The ice maker in the freezer/ fridge did not work, but we eventually noticed a countertop ice maker late in our stay.

We arrived onsite and had a welcoming email with all the codes to the condo, stairwells, and pool area. Condo 508 was relatively clean, we found potato salad in the kitchen cupboard. Date was still hood on it, so it probably wasn't there too long. Floors in condo kept turning our feet dirty. We wiped down the floors several times, and wore shoes the entire time. The first couple of days there we tried to speak with the Mgmt office, no one was ever there. And the building only has one elevator. It was the slowest elevator I've ever been in. Pool and beach were great, and we had a decent place to stay in.

I was informed to park in space 508 when I arrived to the parking lot, the space was taken because it was rented out during the seafood event. I could not reach anyone to inform me where I could park without parking in someone else’s parking spot or getting towed. The after hours number given went to voicemail which I did leave a message and not one person called back. The Customer service support is unavailable, unresponsive and offered no assistance. Your advertisement of the unit is misleading. The bathroom shower doesn’t not work properly with little to no hot water to bathe properly. The kitchen lighting fixtures are broken or missing. The ceiling fan is dirty with dust, the vents are also dirty and dusty. The unit when you enter smells very musty upon entering The living room dinning table chairs are all dirty the seating cushion lining is worn you could feel the springs in the seat when seated. The couch is also the same. Pillows are stained and dirty Bedroom furniture is full of dust on the bottom of the dressers. The bedroom furniture is full of dust on the back of the headboard when you move the pillows. I found a dirty blue rag under the sham pillow when moved. The bed mattress is also worn, you could feel the springs and it is sunken in on the left side. The beach view is on the side of the building not the back. Access to the beach gate was challenging terrible experience

Nothing was terribly wrong but some things such as staff at the property were non existent. No toilet paper and very few towels for a two bedroom apartment. Ice waker in the refrigerator did not work, internet worked half the time, elevator was very slow and washer and dryer were cut off way to early for everyone one each floor to ise them

Dirty Dirty Dirty

Location is great. Condo is very dirty. We had to clean and disinfect the entire condo it was that bad. I wish I could upload pictures. I definitely had to wear flip flops in the shower. Everything was very dated, which is fine but at least keep it clean. There was an envelope on the table to tip housekeeping. My tip to them is to actually clean. I have been stayed in Condos up and down this part of Gulf Blvd for over 30 years and this was by far the dirtiest place I have EVER Stayed. No thank you!

Great location

Beach, pool, food and shopping is all a short walk. Coffee shop at John’s pass has excellent beverages. I love the location of this condo and have stayed in two different units. The building is getting old and in need of some refresh but you just can’t beat the proximity to everything you need.

Quick trip

It was perfect for a quick beach get away. The unit itself is pretty outdated and could really use some renovations but it’s the most perfect location and when you spend most of the day out on the beach it was a great place to come back to! Also the master bed was so comfy! Would definitely return!

Location was good. Beach was crowded, the elevator was broken for a whole day so had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs all day. Outlet need fixed in unit. Bo beach towels where provided and when you fly you konda neednthose provided. Need a new blow.dryer in master.

This condo was not clean and missing items. Dirty floors and stains on the pillow cases. Also I emailed and called twice to get bath mats that we didn’t receive upon check in and we still never received them.

Do not recommend at all!

Where do I start?! Check in was not good. Didn’t receive email for door code until I called to ask for it an hour before scheduled check in and the person was rude. The location was good but the condo was not. Walls dirty, bathroom tiles cracked and mold in corners, ceiling fans were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Listing showed a side view of ocean but only if you looked out and then it was a small view between 2 buildings. Between the construction every morning and the neighbors playing music and talking very loud in the evenings (like until 2 to 3am) didn’t get much rest and relaxation. All of that I could deal with but 1 1/2 days before we were to leave I killed a cockroach in the master bedroom! I called the property management to tell them and was told “Well, this is Florida and palmetto bugs are common but I’ll let maintenance know.” Really?! I’ve been to Florida several times and not once did I see a palmetto bug (Florida term for cockroach) inside where I was staying! Maintenance never came and also never received a response when I messaged the owner. Also there were dead cockroaches in every drain of the pool. If you’re thinking of renting this condo, DON’T!!

Great Location

The location of this condo building is great. The unit itself was dirty and outdated but we expected a level of that after reading some of the reviews. The owner was not responsive when I reached out with a few questions. Absent from those few items, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location…condo a little dated, but more than adequate for a two week stay. Pool area nice, and could not be any closer to beach and John’s Pass shopping, food, and entertainment.
