Detta är en 2 sovrum / 2 bad direkt Gulf Front Corner Penthouse som har utsikt ända ner till stranden. Denna enhet har allt med en privat Keyed Hiss till din Residence, delad garage alldeles intill privat hiss, vedeldade spis, trådlöst internet, 2 utdragbara soffor, och en uppvärmd Gulf-sida Pool. Att vara på översta våningen, är enheten förstärks med ett takfönster och är tystare eftersom ingen är över dig. Hörnenheten innehåller ytterligare fönster och utsikt över stranden.

Denna stranden lägenhet är smakfullt målade och dekorerade med Key West stil.

Beläget inom några minuter till dussintals restauranger och barer, tennisbanor, skatepark, fiske, paddling boarding, shopping och 45 minuter från Busch Gardens och 1,5 timmar från Disney World. Vi har en angränsande lägenhet i byggnaden bredvid för flerfamilj bokningar.

UPPDATERING: Ny AC installerad 2014, ny kyl installerat 2014, New Plush Madrass för Master Bedroom förändrats under 2014. Vi är stolta på denna enhet och är snabba att svara på alla förslag som skulle göra din vistelse mer bekväm och trevlig.

Beautiful/Enjoyable stay

We loved our stay. House was clean and neat and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We spent early mornings on the deck and on the beach or the deck for the amazing sunset directly in front of our condo. I recommend unit and would stay there again.

Great place for sunsets

Great spot in Indian Rocks. Checked all the boxes. I would rent this condo again. The view of the beach was awesome. Check in was easy. The property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a stress free location for vacation, this is the spot.

Indian Rocks Beach Excellence

We usually are on Sanibel this time of year. We found this property after Ian, and we couldn't be more pleased! The location was wonderful. The property was exactly as portrayed. Hilda, the property manager, is wonderful. We have booked for next year!

Not as clean as one would expect. Second payment installment was an unnecessary struggle.

Bathrooms were not clean. Gunk splashed on the walls and in sinks. Silverware and dishes needed to be cleaned before use. I have seen past comments from the management team that tenants should have called for another cleaning. Is that really the policy to have the next tenants report if the condo is sufficiently cleaned. I would not want to be in the condo while it’s being cleaned nor do I want to leave so it can be cleaned. Instead the management team should be doing a walk through to ensure the condo is ready for the next renters. Cable in both bedrooms would not connect but this was not a big deal, just pointing it out as others have also commented in the past. Minimal bath towels, one per guest for the entire week. Four beach chairs for use, but two chairs are really rusted and one is barely functional. Stunning view with well maintained grounds and a very nice pool. Second payment was a struggle. Payment was due 11/20. Contacted the management team via text and spoke via phone to Hilda to get the link to pay. Was told it would be sent. Several texts later and calls to VBRO still no link. Called VBRO on 12/2 and they gave me the phone number for the owner. Left a message and link was sent so I could make payment. Was told delay was due to facility manager traveling. In a digital age, traveling shouldn’t be a hindrance to sending a text or email with a payment link. Seemed odd as I would have thought the owner would want payment when due not a few weeks later.

Amazing Location

I loved the location and the proximity to the beach. I loved the decor in the condo and the amenities. The condo was clean with a couple exceptions. I found various lengths of black hair in my sheets in the master so I had to wash my bedding. There were towels in the dryer and also in the washer so I had to redo the towels. We could never get the tvs in the bedrooms to work even after emailing Hilda. My suggestions would be to leave directions for using the tvs in each room because we had to really work hard to figure out the tv in the living room. Other than those few issues the condo was great, I would definitely rent it again.

Family Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our week at Indian Rocks Beach and staying in this condo. My husband and my two girls, age 10 and 6, thought it was one of our best vacations. The condo was perfect for our family of four, the view and sunsets were awesome! The condo was quiet and there are many shops and restaurants close by in the area. We did go to Busch Gardens one day and we took the girls to the Clearwater Aquarium. I would highly recommend this area if you are looking for a family atmosphere and some time to relax. We would love to come back sometime.

Condo is wonderful

We had the same issue with the cable in the bedrooms. Would not work. Hair dryers need replacing. One won’t blow hot - one won’t go above low speed. Other than that we had no complaints! We would stay here again without hesitation! View was incredible. Condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated- kitchen cabinet paint seems to be in need of repair but that didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable, relaxing!

Property is as described. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Kitchen cabinets could use some refreshing as veneer is coming off, but that is not a big deal. Three kinds of coffee makers (drip, Keurig, French press) and ample dish ware! It is located in a very quiet, lovely town and is steps away from a great beach. The condo has some old beach chairs so if you prefer newer and ones that recline, rent from IRB Chairs which is set up just a short walk south of the condo (or bring your own if you are driving from home). The condo is walkable to excellent restaurants. Super balcony view and we especially loved eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony. The added benefit of covered parking right next to the elevator that goes up to the balcony is an added bonus. One caveat that we were not informed about in our check-in instructions: one must walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the key lock box at the condo entry. Once you've retrieved the keys, then you will have the necessary key to use for the elevator. All in all, the condo had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

This is a beautiful condo and beach access couldn't be more convenient. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and there are lots of great restaurants very close by. Publix is about 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Retirement getaway

No trouble with check-in and location is great. Had to wash sheets in matter when stains were discovered then as well as part of a stuck on band-aid. Unfortunately, didn't discover until 3rd day...yuck! I wouldn't choose this unit again since I'm not an elevator person.. Plus it broke down with a neighbor lady in it!!!😲😲 Fire department shut it down since there is alot of trouble with it. 42 stairs get old.

Great location with adequate space

This condo is on a terrific location and affords adequate space for 3 or 4. One BR has a king and second BR has a queen bed. Furniture is dated and some is damaged. Balcony is quite small and elevator did not work one day. I don’t think I would go back, but it was a typical FL older condo on the beach.

The location is great. the beach was very nice. Lots of places to eat right nearby. Some within walking distance. Good ice cream place close also. The rooms are very nice and the kitchen has lots of dishes and pans to use. The balcony is a bit small, but it is great to be able to take the elevator right up to your balcony! I would recommend this place!

New go-to

We’ve been coming to this area every 6 months and haven’t quite found a place we like until now. It felt just like home and had everything we needed like water toys, chairs, towels, etc. not to mention the balcony (OMG amazing!!) was my go-to place for just sitting and relaxing when not hanging out at the ocean or pool. Communication to rent was SO easy and so was the check in process. Restaurants, grocery stores and about anything you’d need are within a short drive. It’s safe to say we’ll be renting this exact unit for years to come.

Gulf waves

The gulf sunsets are indescribable and the sounds of the waves can be heard from every room. The master bath shower floor needs checked and no drain stopper for the tub in the guest bathroom, but trivial compared to the comfort, convenience, and location of this condo. Will definitely be back!

Great location

We were able to walk to dinner many of the nights! It was a quick Uber to Clearwater or Madeira. It was nice that it had a queen and king size bed. It had more than enough room for the 4 couples! We had a blast.
