Enastående Gulf Front tre sovrum lägenhet på Indian Rocks Beach! Uppvärmd pool vid stranden delas av bara 3 andra enheter, granitbänkar, rostfria apparater, 4 plattskärms-TV, Blu-Ray-spelare, WiFi och gratis nordamerikanska samtal. Obs: 1 veckors kortare vistelse, kräver ankomst på lördagen under säsongen.

Denna lägenhet sover 8 gäster med en king size-säng i sovrummet, queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet och fyra enkelsängar (två våningssängar) i det tredje sovrummet med alla nya tvillingmadrasser under 2019! Koppla av på den stora balkongen vid stranden med en gasgrill och spiraltrappa som leder till poolen och stranden. Bara en kort promenad upp och ner på gatan i Gulf Blvd där du hittar många val av restauranger, underhållning och roliga shopping i den pittoreska strandstaden Indian Rocks Beach.

”Legenden säger att Floridas strandgemenskap av Indian Rocks Beach på ett säkert sätt fick sitt namn när en infödd medicinman på ett mirakulöst sätt botade sin chef med vattnen från en naturlig svavelfjäder som tros ha befunnits i Kolb Park mitt emot Indian Rocks Beach City Hall. Tidigare nybyggare som såg indierna på väg till berget omringade våren skulle säga: "Indianerna är på väg till klipporna". Bara en snabb bilresa från Tampa eller St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach erbjuder nästan tre mil med vackra stränder längs den skimrande Mexikanska golfen.

Wonderful property. Well stocked with quality items. Plenty of beach towels. We had eight family members including an infant and toddler and had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised to find a playpen and stroller on the premises. We used the full kitchen all day every day and had everything to prepare our meals. All contact with the property manager was great. They were very easy to reach and very responsive. Loved having the pool and beach right at our doorstep.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo had everything needed for a beach vacation. There were plenty of towels, including for the beach (thank you!), the kitchen was very well stocked, and the storage closet by the pool had more than enough and toys to enjoy. The location was great, too - steps from the beach via the stairs to the pool area and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families

We loved our stay in this unit! The proximity to the beach and pool being steps away made it perfect for our group ranging from 5 years old to 70 years old. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The management were quick to respond to the 2 issues we encountered during our stay.

A slice of PARADISE!!

We stayed mid-April (2022) and had a fantastic time!! The unit is located on a beautiful stretch of IRB. It is well furnished, clean, and includes all kinds of beach surprises in the unit specific storage area near the pool. There you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, pool floats and toys, boogie boards for the ocean, several fishing poles and more! The owners/property managers are fantastic to work with and very very responsive!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!!

A Great Two Weeks

We stayed at this condo for two weeks. 4 adults and 2 children fit perfectly. The master bedroom had plenty of room of our 6-month-old's travel crib. You cannot beat the view from this condo. Beautiful sunsets every night. Unit was clean and location was quiet. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the storage unit by the pool had a lot of beach toys that my 3-year-old loved. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

A slice of paradise in Indian Rocks Beach

Spectacular views and all the amenities anyone could want or need. We had a amazing time in IRB definitely hard to leave but we will be returning. The condo was very nice and very comfortable and had everything we needed.. with the most spectacular views just breathtaking. Very comfortable condo on the beach

We enjoyed our time on the beach front condo with a pool. It very spacious and well equipped. My daughter’s and grandchildren loved that in addition to having the beach we also had the pool to enjoy. We have re-booked the condo for 2022.

Great Vacation

Good overall vacation. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice location with plenty of community amenities, convenient shopping, good restaurants, and beautiful beach. The Condo was well equipped for our family of six adults, and the beach view and access was ideal. We will seriously consider rebooking this location.

Beautiful view

The checking process was smooth and the property and the view were amazing! We loved the condo. The only very minor thing I would say is they have carpet in the bedrooms which is impossible to keep clean with a place right on the beach. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!
