    The Space:

    Enjoy all that Indian Shores has to offer at Sea Gate 308, where panoramic coastal views await. Both elegant and eclectic, this Gulf-front condo boasts custom, contemporary design that makes it feel like a truly special vacation retreat.



    Dual private balconies ensure that you never miss a view. Inside, the living area offers ample leather seating and chic coastal accents leading out onto the balcony. There's a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining area with a wine fridge and a table for six.



    Beach chairs, beach towels, and a private washer/dryer are on hand for days spent in the Gulf waves below. After a day of activity, rest well in one of three bedrooms, including a primary suite with beachfront balcony access, a work desk with an extra monitor, and an en suite bathroom with custom tile work, an oversize walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Bonus features include free WiFi and TVs in the living area and all of the bedrooms.



    The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Location, location!

We loved it! Cannot beat the location, steps away from the beach and sweeping views of the gulf from the condo. Unit was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Great communication with property manager and easy to check in/out. Perfect for our family and had very we needed, thank you!

Vacation that feels like vacation!

The home is well equipped and just makes vacation so easy! Our family had a lovely time here. Great takeout options nearby and a relaxed pace. Kids loved the mini golf place that was basically across the street, and we also loved sitting outside at Salt Rock Grill which is also SO close. With three little kids, it was the first family vacation that actually felt like a...vacation!

The property was perfect for our family of 6. The owners went above and beyond providing us with everything you could ever need to relax and have fun at the beach! Tastefully decorated, updated, and it is furnished perfectly to sleep a large family/group quite comfortably. We cannot wait to come back!

Great condo and location!

We had a great and easy experience renting this condo. Check in and check out was very easy. We did have a couple of questions that required us to call the realtor and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We will rent again.
