This studio is spacious, comfortable and quiet set in a neighborhood just 5 blocks from all that downtown Gulfport has to offer - restaurants, beach, Art Walks and galleries, Fresh Market on Tuesdays, fishing, library, and darling shops.

AC/Fans
We ask you to conserve energy by setting the AC thermostat to 80 or turning heat off when you depart. Ceiling fans and lights can be controlled by wall switches and pull strings. If you turn switch and it doesn't work - try string.

Recycling and Garbage
There is a garbage can next to stove. There is an extra large garbage bin in alley to south of house. Please take out your garbage when you depart.

Quiet and full of colorful art and beautiful nature.

Other Things to Note:
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises. No open flames such as candles or burning incense. we ask for quiet time at 11pm since there is an adjacent unit.
