Great Beach Place

The condo was clean, spacious and in a nice location! It was within walking distance to places to eat. The gulf views were wonderful and there was easy access to the beach. The property managers were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there! :)

Property was perfect for my family. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony, how close the beach was, and everyone we met was super nice. This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We are excited to come back as soon as we can!

We enjoyed our time at the beach and pool. Had a blast with the family. Condo location is great. Convenient to area shopping and restaurants, but not so close as to be overly crowded and busy. Condo unit was okay, though it has seen some wear and tear compared to when we stayed a couple years ago. Overall good time but condo could use some updating.

Great property and views

We had a wonderful time before we had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian. The view of the beach is amazing and the pool is great. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. However the condo was not clean and there was a lot of dust and an overall bad odor due to the carpet in the rooms.

Great Place

We weee be dry happy with our stay here. The condo was very clean, easy to access and the pool area/beach access were great. The only small issue I had was that the sheets in the master weee picked and itchy. Just seemed to be cheaper sheets. We would also have preferred to have beach chairs rather than camping chairs to sit in on the beach. Small issues, everything else was fantastic!

Sea and Sunshine!

Check in was a breeze. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Comfortable for six adults. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking family. Could be cleaner. Throw rug needs a good wash. Workmen came un announced to the condo owners and closed the pool and hot tub to work on the bathhouse roof. Very disappointed because that’s why we booked here. We were told that we will be compensated for the time missed and inconvenience. We were able to use before the trip ended thankfully. We would rent here again as the property manager was quick to answer questions and seemed eager to please. Over all nice place!

Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property . Check in was a breeze we even got a text message when the property was ready and it was earlier than expected. Everything was in its place and was clean. The view from the balcony was a plus and the living area was room & spacious . Short walk to pool and beach pool was clean and plenty of seating . short drive to area attractions , Food ,Shopping ,water sports ,and much more Would definitely recommend this Property .

Amazing Sunset Views

We loved being on the beach. It was nice to see the kids from balcony. The sunsets off the balcony were stunning as I ate dinner at the table. The beds were comfortable. Cons- master bathroom is dated. The unit needs at least one salad bowl (we had to mix and eat salads out of pots). The kids room smelled musty (perhaps carpets are dated? They looked clean). On Our last night there, someone tried opening the front door -this scared me and my husband. It happened only once so we did not call the police but we also didn’t sleep either, I had a knife next to the bed all night. In the morning I called the emergency operator of the condo, she was very apologetic and told me that she will look into it the following day but I have not heard from anyone yet(it’s a few days now). Needless to say we had an awful, long drive home as we were not rested and we paid a ton of money to stay there.

Disappointed

First off, we booked a 3 bedroom condo. Didn’t find out until we were on our way, that the pool was closed. By the time we received the call, we were already in Florida. We were moved to a 2 bedroom condo which was smaller than we normally stay in. Needless to say, we were disappointed after a much needed vacation.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at San Remo… this is our 3rd year staying here! The condo was clean and tidy! Beds were comfortable! More than enough towels for our family! Washer and dryer were an added bonus! All the beach accessories you would need! I would suggest the need for a tent canopy just because our family of 7 needed more than an umbrella! Would rent this unit again without hesitation!

Our entire family enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was such a blessing to be able to enjoy a few days with a little less sand. I would definitely recommend!

Great location!

San Remo 307 has always been great to us. Waking to the ocean every morning, seeing dolphins daily, and the evening sunsets are just a couple of things you get when you stay here. The pool codes need to be updated as everyone we watched, including ourselves, struggled every time opening the gates. This is consistent with our stay last year and still has not been fixed. The second bedroom with queen bed needs the mattress replaced as it is like sleeping the springs. Could use some updating and all the remotes but one set worked...no batteries in them but the one set. We love this place but those couple of items need to be addressed. Also, the unit across from the bird sanctuary is really a hazard and takes away from the beautiful location this unit is in. It is completely dilapidated and should be torn down. I cannot understand how the city allows it to be standing. My kids always have a blast here.

Family fun in the sun vacation

Great location for families with the pool and beach just steps away. Beach is much more peaceful quiet than Clearwater or St Petes, which is perfect with younger children. Several restaurants and bars are walkable. Condo had everything needed for your stay. Also supplied are several beach towels. Only thing missing was a cooler to take beverages and snacks to the beach or pool.

A Perfect Place!

The condo is PERFECT. It's well stocked, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The private beach access (and the pool) are steps away and very convenient. We loved staying at this condo, and would definitely consider coming back. The beach was not crowded like other popular Florida destinations, but has many of the amenities (like restaurants and attractions) nearby. You won't regret staying here :)

Beautiful sunsets!

On February 21 my family and myself (6) of us checked in. It was everything we expected and more. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of dishes for us to cook with. We did utilize the grill several times. The pool was awesome and I really enjoyed walking out from the pool directly to the beach! We would stay there again!

Great place to relax.

Great location and beautiful view of the gulf. Clean and well maintained corner unit. Adequate, easily accessible parking. If you like birds right next door is the Seabird Sanctuary where in the evening large flocks of cranes and other birds come to roost. Would have been nice to have a bigger balcony where we could all gather comfortably to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Great property. Clean spacious Great view of gulf and loved listening to splashing gulf waves in the evening. Kitchen sparsely equipped but adequate. Loved the beach gear. Staff was super friendly responsive and accommodating
