Denna lägenhet på stranden i Madeira Beach ligger tio minuters promenad från St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches och John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Belleair Beach och St. Petersburg Municipal Beach ligger också en kvarts promenad härifrån.

So close but-

We love Chambre having stayed there many times. 504 is great for the views but the standard of presentation was poor primarily because of the poor quality of cleaning to the property. We were greeted with a used plaster left attached to the coffee table. The unit has two hoovers one for the hard floors and one for the carpeted areas. It was obvious that the cordless vacuum had been used for both surfaces and when I used the conventional vacuum on the carpets I had to empty it three times!! The shower room was obviously quite new but the floor had not been cleaned correctly and was going mouldy around the edges and the shower glass was not being cleaned. The glass balcony doors were not clean neither was the mirrored wall or the light over the table. This is probably the most expensive unit at Chambre and was disappointing

Wonderful Condo!

We are frequent visitors to FL for beach vacations, and this condo has been one of the best we have rented. Great location right on the beach, close (able to walk) to John’s Pass restaurants and shopping, great gulf sunsets, very nice pool/hot tub area, and no crowds! Pool is in partial shade some hours of the day which is great for those needing a direct-sun break. The condo was super-well equipped and very clean and tidy. Master bed mattress was kind of a back breaker for me, but that is probably just my personal preference. My family really enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again if we are in the area!

3rd time

This is our third time renting 504. It's a very comfortable condo and on the top floor is very quiet. Having the pool off to the side of the building is great because you don't have noise right in front of your balcony. Do not run the washer after 6:00 p.m. because it sounds like a jet taking off and anyone below you would be really upset. The king mattress could use replacing also. (And sheets and pillows) And please, a reading lamp in the living room would really make that room usable in the evening. And the plus side lots of towels, kitchen ware and stocked with starter tp and cleaning products

Great property and location

This is our second time staying at this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The property has everything that you need. The location and views from the balcony are superb. The pool and hot tub area are very nice to enjoy with family and friends and relax. iTrip Vacations are very responsive and helpful.

November stay

Property and unit very nice and well kept. Gorgeous ocean views, that's a priority with us. Couch & loveseat in unit need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Bed in master bedroom is very, very firm. Of course, that's a personal preference. My hubby slept on it just fine. Everything else was great!

Beautiful view but had to share it with cockroaches.

The location and views from this property are spectacular. We loved the beachy feel of this unit and were very happy with it until we started seeing the roaches. We could have overlooked the broken beach chairs and blender, but I do not want to share my vacation with cockroaches. We spoke with the property manager who was very nice and called the owner to report the bug issue who then asked for us to contact him, which we did, but he never bothered to call us back. We love Madiera Beach, and the complex, while a little older was still nice, and you can' t beat this location. Would recommend the Chambre, but would never rent from this owner again.

Great time!

The condo was great! We had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Pool and hot tub were convenient and clean; easy access to the beach. Shout-out to Marie who worked on the property. She steered us to some great places. We will be back!

Great Beach Vacation

Great views of Madeira Beach. Easy access to the beach and a short stroll to the boardwalk area. Pool and hot tub were excellent as well. Felt safe in the area and building requires key access. Unit had everything we needed to stay comfortable and relax. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back here in the future.

Great Location - Unit Needs Basic Maintenance & Cleaned, Couldn't Use Broken Patio Doors Entire Stay

The location of this condo was perfect. Beach was beautiful. 3 star review is due to unit condition. So many things added up that needed addressed or fixed that took away from this being relaxing and comfortable. Being without patio doors on an oceanfront condo is unacceptable. 1. Juice & chocolate were on the walls & kitchen cabinets 2. Patio glass door had hand prints & elbow smudges all over 3. Patio screen door was upside down, the handle on the wrong side - this was a fiasco & was never resolved. Maintenance came, broke it trying to muscle it out instead of removing it correctly, left it on our patio stating he had no truck to take it & that the screen guy would come the next day. This after HE broke it. We went the entire week without being able to use the screen/patio door. 4. Master bedroom screen door was broke, roller on the floor on the balcony & could not roll or shut properly. This was never resolved either. The maintenance man looked at the broken roller, never picked it up & told me I shouldn't be opening it anyway. Part of having a bedroom on the ocean side is to open up at night when it is cooler & listen to the waves. Went the entire week without being able to use this feature of the master bedroom. 5. Grease smudges on the door frame in master bedroom 6. Master bedroom shower doors were filthy, had not been cleaned on the inside or outside. Mold in shower. 7. Master bathroom cabinets have screw holes & need repaired. Not trying to be picky, but this speaks to the presentation & upkeep of the unit 8. Dirty under beds, Wendy's straw, water bottle lids, shows the lack of cleanliness 9. Master bath exhaust fan covered in dust 10. Couch is not useable, you sit & you feel metal. We watched tv in the master bedroom. 11. Previous reviews had complaints about the master bed being noisy & squeaking. I inquired about this before booking & I was assured this would be taken care of before our stay. It was not. 12. Carpet in MB needs cleaned 13. Front door is so stiff you bruise yourself, appears this is b/c the door put hole in wall, electrical tape all over wall This unit needs a good pick me up, the couches need replaced, & the master bed issue resolved. I wanted to rebook for next year, but was never asked & would if the items are corrected. Exterior maintenance was excellent, pool, grill, HT clean.

Fun in the sun

It was a nice condo... Couple of odd things like the bathroom door in the master is too small for the door frame .. make sure to close the bedroom door before you use it. The master bed is on a platform that should probably be replaced (very loud especially when you or your partner moves). The storm shutters in the second bedroom did not roll up. Otherwise, the view was gorgeous, the condo furniture was comfortable and the location could not be beat. Would recommend for a family for sure.

Great Condo with Excellent Views

We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and in great shape and had excellent views of the ocean from the fifth floor patio. The only issue I had was that the master bedroom bed was extremely noisy such that if you rolled in your sleep, it would wake your spouse or partner. Other than that it was a great condo even with a hurricane coming!

I received email from itrips asking if things were ok. I told them shower drain very slow. Bottom of shower collected about inch of water during average shower. I also asked two questions. NO Response. Very disappointed. Isn’t that what some of the fees were for?

Great balcony!

The Good: The location and balcony of this property are top notch! The furniture on the balcony is wonderful! The décor of the condo is fun and coastal. The dining room is well appointed with a nice sized table and 6 chairs. There are also 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The appliances work well. There is anything you would need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are full sized, which was nice. There is plenty of storage for your clothes. The beach towels and number of bath towels are good. The pool and hot tub are great. The property is well kept. The pool is maintained daily. The common areas are also well maintained. We formed a relationship with Maria (who maintains the property). She was wonderful. The distance to the beach isn't far. The Not AS Good: The indoor furniture isn't comfortable. The beds are in need of replacing. The bed in the master bedroom is bad. The mattress is hard and the bed squeaks when you move. The beds in the second bedroom aren't comfortable either. The furniture in the living room is OK, but not supportive. There are no recliners. Overall impression: This is a nice place to stay. The beds must be replaced.

Madiera Beach Vacation

This property was good for what we expected. Very clean, beautiful view of Gulf from balcony, easy access, and relaxing. The only downfalls were: Very hard, uncomfortable beds, the fire/smoke alarm went off at 2 AM our last night, waking everyone for no reason. Did a series of 3 loud beeps 4 times and stopped ..??..?? The balcony was enjoyable until the neighbors decided to smoke their weed out on there balcony, NON - STOP.... I had 2 of my grandkids with me so, had to remain inside...... very disappointed about that..... the lock on the gate to the beach was giving everyone trouble and a locksmith appeared twice.... one day we were told they were flushing out the AC lines down by the pool - the smell was a very strong gas/propane smell so we had to leave the pool........ won't be back only because we choose a different beach each trip.

Great layout relaxing not crowded

I love that they had keys to get in and out of the pool and in and out of the beach fence and into the elevator Lobby. I've been at other places where random people come in and use the facilities. The pool is clean and warm. The hot tub was a little too warm. I like that it's not like Clearwater Beach where you have to walk a mile to get to the water the water is much closer to the building. The condo itself was clean and well laid out the living room only sat maybe 3 people the bedroom was great you could see the water the second bedroom was a little dark but could sleep three more people maybe four if their kids. I much prefer a 2-bedroom complex especially one this small with about 24 units. You get less children screaming in the pool and horsing around. We purposely went after the kids go back to school if they did go back to school but at least they were having classes at home. I love that the pool is off to the side of the complex so you're not sitting on the balcony and listening to people in the pool right in front of you and they can't see you. Overall it was a very nice day I would stay there again.

The details were wrong for checking in.

Since there was no person on site to facilitate check in, we couldn’t ask for help to identify which unmarked key 🔑 box of around 20 belonged to our unit at Chambre. All had to be tried with a code to finally find the one which gave us the key. The instructions given in the email were also incorrect regarding the key. It wasn’t to open the unit but to get into the elevator vestibule. The code was to actually use in the door to the unit. If a resident hadn’t kindly explained that the instructions were wrong, we wouldn’t have been able to check in for another hour or longer. After a long tiring day of travel, this was terrible. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS!!! ALSO MARK THE KEY BOX WITH IDENTIFYING DETAIL SO 20 BOXES DONT NEED TO BE TRIED WITH A NUMBER CODE TO GAIN THE KEY.
