You won't be disappointed in our "little Cayman" style rental reminiscent of the breezy lifestyle on the island of Grand Cayman. This unit is on the side of the building, not direct oceanfront, but is one of the largest units in the building. 2 designated parking spots for this unit only. No guest parking no smoking in unit, on the balcony or in/around the building. Guests caught smoking on premises will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, no pets.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
