Sunshine house - 10 min from the beach!

Sunshine House is a very cozy home with everything you need for a relaxing day in Clearwater. The property is 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and we provide beach towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and a folding stroller for a comfortable day at the beach.

Take beautiful walks, bike, skate, or run along the Beach Promenade. See the best sunsets and a nightly festival with street performers at Sunsets at Pier 60.
Guests must be 21 or older.

The Space:
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Publix is ​​just around the corner. There are several parks within a 10-15 minute walk.

Enjoy a good movie on the 65" smart TV in the living room. There are also two 55" TVs in the bedrooms.

This place sleeps up to 10 people.

♛ Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed (sleeps 2).

★ BACKYARD
We have a private outdoor space where you can relax and sunbathe. Read a good book on the gazebo furniture, breathing in the fresh air, or prepare a delicious barbecue. At night, the backyard lights create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.

Guest Access:
For check-in, we have a smart lock; we will give you the code on your arrival day.
The property is a single-story, very comfortable property entirely for the guest.

Other highlights:
In the house, you will find beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, a cooler, and a folding stroller so you can enjoy your day at the beach.

Parties are not allowed, and because this is a residential neighborhood, loud noise cannot be made after 10 p.m.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Big Disappointment FL Air Conditioner A MUST

No working air conditioner ruined the whole trip. 80 degrees outside and 79 degrees inside. Miserable nights. Kept promising but action speaks volumes. 4 nights . On checkout maintenance showed up and told our family he informed the landlord it would be Monday before fixing. I was informed the air filter was changed like that would help cool things off. Code to lock door on instructions was wrong too.

Perfect vacation house

Silvia the owner of the house , she was very nice , we were able to check in early morning instead 3pm . That was very helpful , so we didn't have to wait in the car with a child and 2 dogs. . Very nice , cozy , perfect location. Beautifuly set up backyard. 3 big rooms, close to the beach. All stores are 5-10 minutes away. Extra point for the washer and dryer. We definitely will come back. Only issue we had that the A/C . Didn't cool the house done. The temperature didn't go under 76F . What wasn't comfortable. Everything else is 5*Definitely recommended.

Great stay at Sunshine House

Were in Clearwater with Griffith for a brief beach vacation and stayed at Sunshine House. Silvia was easy to work with, house was very nice for our 6 family members and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The home was very clean, spacious, renovated and beautifully decorated. Also pet friendly with a nice fenced-in yard and a grill. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located (very close to the beach, downtown, supermarkets, state parks and restaurants). One minor suggestion would be to provide nicer dinnerware for guests (porcelain plates and glass cups as opposed to plastic) and a bigger trash can for the kitchen. Overall, great home. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Baseball Vacation!

Sunshine House was a wonderful stay - everything exactly as advertised. No disappointments at all. We were three adults in Clearwater to see Spring Training baseball. Location was great, a Publix within walking distance. House was immaculate, check in was easy, and communication with the host was prompt and clear. Location was quiet and convenient to everything in the Clearwater area. Could not have asked for a better place or vacation. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, thank you!

Where do I start😁

What a great stay. First I want to start Out with Silvia our host. She was wondering and couldn’t have been more accommodating. She helped get Me an extra day last minute that really helped us on our trip. And her communion the whole time before during and after our stay was fabulous!!! And the house was awesome. Always worry when you see just pictures but this one lived up to everything we expected and needed. Very well done and an incredible renovation. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood where you drive slow with speed bumps. Kept the traffic noise down. It was so easy to get around. Grocery only .4 mile away. Clearwater Beach was an easy 10-14 minute drive. TD Ballpark for the Blue Jays was also around 10 minutes away. I can’t stress enough how great this place was and we will hopefully get to stay here again someday!!! Thank you Silvia for everything!!!

Sunshine House

This was the perfect house for what we needed. We were in town for the Clearwater Softball Invitational and just needed a place to shower and sleep. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and bright and cheery. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teen girls. We were only there for a short weekend, but enjoyed our stay. I am not sure about the neighborhood- the development seemed nice and quiet, the areas outside of the development seemed a little sketchy, but we never had any issues.
