Robert, thank you for your continued loyalty. Yes, you are correct, since covid hit back in early 2020 certain things have changed here at our hotel. We have loosened our stance on pets, and we defiantly have more families staying long term than we have in the past. Having told you that, since everything has opened up vis-à-vis covid, I am starting to see things slowly push back in the other direction. I don't know if it's ever going to completely go back to how it was, I just know that we had a lot more snowbirds and spring training baseball fans this year than we have in the past couple of year. Because we are an extended stay hotel we have a number of different types of guests. Some only stay a night or two, some stay week by week and some lived here and have for months, in some cases years. Because of this we do sometimes take the feel of an apartment more then a hotel.
