* This unit has stairs to get to. It is NOT on the ground floor. It also has stairs in the unit


*There is security cameras on the property, one being located, when you first walk up the stairs, outside, and one in the patio area, where all of the beach and fishing poles are located.

Currently the fitness center is not open due to the Hurricanes.

* All rentals have a 7 night minimum stay. There is a condo association application that must be filled out 15 days prior to your arrival so that parking passes and other access cards can be ready for your arrival.
