Hemmet är välutrustat med alla bekvämligheter som man kan behöva. Använd detta hem som en lugn tillflyktsort för att planera dina dagliga äventyr till Honeymoon Island, Three Rooker Island eller Dunedin / Clearwater Beach. Perfect getaway

We were looking for a place to stay where everyone in our family would be comfortable. It was definitely what we were looking for. A nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to everything. Very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Fantastic getaway in Florida

We brought a family of five and were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property and all the amenities it has. The owner was fantastic and helped make sure our stay was 5 stars. We loved the screened in pool and the updated interior.

Overall, this property met all of our needs, and we enjoyed staying at the home. I wasn't familiar with the area, so it was a little further from Clearwater than I expected with traffic and everything, but there were also a lot of other beaches to visit closer to the property. The home has plenty of room, is updated, and has all the essentials you need for your vacation.

Perfect Stay – Again!

This was our second stay at this house – and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Norman was, as always, easy and friendly – he was readily available whenever we needed him. We felt completely at home and would definitely book again. Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Harbor. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly, and the location was perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do, but we also loved the quiet space to step back and relax! We would love to stay here again someday.

Séjour à Palm Harbor

A notre arrivée nous avons découvert qu'une des toilettes étaient bouchées, le rideau de douche avait de la moisissure dans le bas , la piscine n'était pas très propre avec des anciens jouets en plastique en mauvais état qui trainaient dans un coin autour de cette dernière. L'entourage au sol de la piscine est fait d'un revêtement certes anti-dérapant mais qui s'abîme et finisse dans la piscine ce qui ne favorise pas sa propreté . Les meubles à l'intérieur sont pour le moins vieillots ( rien à voir avec les photos) Le micro-onde a la taille européenne impossible de réchauffer un grand plat .La table en verre de la salle n'est pas pratique et on a peur de l'utiliser à moins d'utiliser une nappe ( il n'y avait pas une grande nappe mais 2 petite) manque de couverts , de sets de table ,trous dans la moustiquaire dans le jardin et pour terminer j'ai vu un rat se faufiler dans un tuyau d'évacuation d'eau de pluie à l'extérieur dans le jardin .Pour le positif, propriétaire très réactif qui nous a changé les WC , mis un rideau neuf dans la douche et revu le problème de la pompe de la piscine , température de cette dernière très agréable La maison est à proximité de grandes surfaces dans un quartier calme . Climatisation de la maison bien adaptée et silencieuse , multiples chaines TV pour ceux que ça intéresse .

Palm Harbor Home

House is centrally located to things in Palm Harbor, and only a short drive to other nearby towns, and relatively close to the Pinellas Bike Trail (we rode to the trail although you have to be careful given the traffic). Various grocery stores nearby. Kitchen is well-stocked, which was appreciated (we cook at home most of the time); and plenty of room in pantry for our grocery items. I would suggest a larger microwave. :) House is well decorated and included more furnishings than some rentals we've used (thanks!). Definitely appreciated the desk as we had to work from home while there. We enjoyed the use of the garage, as well; too short to fit our vehicle, but we parked our bikes in it, which was convenient. Some of the furniture has issues (a broken kitchen chair leg and the back of the sofa by the window seemed broken on one side)--we found them like that--but overall we found it a comfortable and convenient stay. It was too cold to use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai on warmer days. Our dog was welcomed and comfortable there, as well. Appreciated having access to the vacuum because I used it several times just to tidy up as I do at home. :) We would stay there again.

Holiday vacation

This home is clean and well equipped with everything for a pleasant stay! Host was responsive to all questions.We didn’t use pool due to weather but I assume it would have been lovely if we could.I would suggest this for a family looking for comfort and cleanliness!

Beautiful home exactly as advertised

This home was just beautiful! Very welcoming, lay out was convenient, beds comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Felt relaxed shortly after arriving. Pool was lovely and relaxing. The only downside was Rt 19. Traffic is absolutely horrible, pretty much like most of Florida. Stores were very close. Neighborhood walkable and felt safe walking before sunrise and after sunset. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms definitely make this home suitable for families. Would recommend!

Palm Harbor Paradise

We LOVED our time at this property. As a retirement gift to ourselves we entertained our adult children and grandkids and it worked perfectly for all. The online photos show the property perfectly. It was very clean and everything you could need is there. We even found sand toys in the garage for the little ones to take to the beach. The pool was amazing (screened and heated!) and we spent many hours at the poolside patio table watching kids swim, eating, and playing games- many provided. We think Palm Harbor was the perfect location. Stores and restaurants were close and abundant. We were here for a month and visited 24 different restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinners, and happy hours- all fun. Of course we took a Disney run- 2 hours but mostly expressway. We went to 7 different beaches for sunbathing, sunsets, and shelling. Five of them were within 30 minutes, all wonderful. This was a perfect home base for our Grand Florida Adventure and we would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us, Norm!
