Admire the water from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the centrally located Intercoastal Condo complex, set just steps from the beach on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the outdoor pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Kick back and socialize in the living room or watch favorite shows in the privacy of your primary suite. Up a spiral staircase, the laidback loft creates more room to gather.



A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Wonderful property

Absolutely enjoyed the stay, the property was at a perfect location, very well decorated and had everything we needed. Thanks for making our trip perfect ! Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would like to see added is maybe a second couch or a sectional so more can lounge in front of the tv after a long day at the beach.

Didn’t Want to Leave!

We absolutely loved our stay, and it was the perfect layout for our family of four. The location was fantastic, and the unit was incredibly comfortable, very nicely decorated, well-appointed and spotless. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils/serveware/cookware. And having comfortable beds on vacation is key for us, and the beds fit the bill! Loved our home away from home for the week, and we will definitely be returning!
