  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Very nice apartment located right on the beach

Very nice apartment, right on the beach ! Nice furniture and kitchen. The A/C worked well without a lot of noice and without blowing in our faces in the bedroom, which we liked The balcony is in the shade in the afternoon, which we appreciated. The view from the balcony is super - you look down the whole length of the beach Good to have a washing machine and dryer just a few doors down Took us about 10 minutes to walk down the beach, to the large hotel resorts, when and if we wanted to visit the beach bars or rent a jet ski The pool belonging to Caprice was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay Will definitely be back again! Fall Getaway

The condo was tidy but, it wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. The bathroom toilet had something all over the out side of the bowl, and the mat inside the tub was slimy. I had to go purchase some cleaning products as there were none. The staff were great and helped with an issue with the tub not draining well. The condo was located in a nice area and close to good food and entertainment. The bed was comfortable, overall it was okay. Sincerely , Laura

Caprice St. Pete

Rental process and check in very smooth. The condo is nice, except for the air mattress, which was not very comfortable and slowly deflated overnight. The view is great. Located near lots of good places to eat or enjoy live music.

Great stay!

Ery smooth process getting in, we checked in late and keys were in a lockbox for us. Our stay was perfect, the unit is not huge but we really spent all our time at the pool and on the beach. Highly recommended if you plan on being outside. The floorplan was good and the other people staying were great, our kids had friends to play with at all time! We would go back and recommend it to anyone! Grocery store and restaurants are a short drive away which made it easy!

The condo was as listed and pretty clean, however definitely a little outdated. Which is hard for me to feel clean in sometimes but overall can’t complain. My main complaint was that we booked this one specifically because it said a high chair and crib was available per request which I requested when booking (2 months ahead of time) and was told THE DAY before we arrived they weren’t available. And we had to pay out of pocket to make other arrangements for our son which was a little irritating especially with no notice. So if you are booking specifically for those amenities I wouldn’t count on it.

Cute and comfy on the beach

Condi was clean, well, stocked, bright and airy. The beach and pool area were awesome! Very walkable to all sorts of restaurants and rentable beach towels and chairs available. We would definatley stay here again!

Best view in St. Pete Beach

The view from the balcony is a great to be able to see all the way down the beach to Pass-A-Grille and to see the gulf at the same time. The location of this property was perfect. It is a couple blocks off the main road so traffic was lighter and it was close enough to everything that walking was always an option.

Wonderful property on the beach

This is a great condo on the beach The view is good but balcony was recess while the 2 bedroom condos protrude out. It would be nice to have keyless entry for the doors and the gate to the beach. The locks were old and was a real hassle having to use the keys each time.

Our First Experience Here

The beach is clean and not too crowded. The condo has some covered parking although many of the spaces are very narrow. The condo we rented had a digital lock that did not work smoothly the first day. Often, we would work with the lock several times before it would open. By the second evening, the lock no longer worked and we were stranded outside in the heat for several hours. We contacted the manager and she sent her assistance to help us. Since the owners did not give the office a main key to open the door he had to hunt down a locksmith. Unfortunately, he was not successful reaching a locksmith (Being it was late in the evening), so they offered us another room for the night. The manager was on the phone providing suggestions of other ways to get into the condo. After several attempts and completely exhausted, my husband was successful getting into the condo. After emailing the owner, he gave us a credit for the night. With this experience, have learned to Never rent a condo with a digital lock or one that does not have an actual door key to open the door.

Great location and views

We enjoyed our stay on St. Pete Beach. The condo has an excellent view of the beach and direct access to it. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. It’s just the right size for two people and has plenty of dishes and pots and pans if you want to cook. We did use the pullout bed when our brother-in-law popped in for two nights, and he said it was quite comfortable. The heated pool is very nice, too.

Great Getaway Place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Caprice #405. The property was very clean with a cozy beachy decor. It was so convenient for spending time on the beach or poolside. We would definitely consider staying here again.

After a delayed flight we arrived at the property around 2am. We could not get the lock-box open and had to call the emergency # whom then notified the property manager. Kudos to her, she got back with us right away and felt our frustration and helped us out. The location of the property is great and had great views, The unit itself was nice but definitely could use some updating. There were men's clothes still in the drawer and some dirty linens under the bed and the kitchen faucet could use some updating. Overall, nice place.

Our stay was great. Easy booking and communication throughout entire process. Property management group was very accommodating to us as we traveled with our 19 month old. They called us as soon as the room was ready so we could check in early and get the little one down for a nap. Location was great with lots of food nearby. Thanks for the nice stay!

First family vacation with the baby

Great condo in a great location. We came to St Pete’s Beach for a wedding. This location was one of the less crowded parts of the beach. Beautiful views and clean condo! My only complaint would be that 4 wash cloths isn’t enough for 3 guests for 7 days. We didn’t mind reusing towels, but definitely didn’t want to reuse the washcloths. We didn’t ask for more because of the $25 charge for extra linens so I ended up having to wash them. I think more should be offered for guests staying longer. Otherwise, this condo had everything we needed. The owners seemed really nice and caring. We took beach walks each night to watch the sunset, and pulled our 9 month old in her wagon. This was the best part of the day for all of us! We would go back to this location and rent with this owner again. Thanks for a pleasant experience and sharing your “home” with us!
