We didn’t have access to the balcony so we didn’t have the view to the beach, but we had all we needed for the kitchen. There was a musty smell in the room when we came in, but there was lots of room there. It was a nice day place was clean thank you.

Great location!! Property appears as listed - nice space. Communication is great - minor plumbing issue the last day that the caretaker immediately took over. We did not miss a beat of our visit. We will be back.

Beautiful little get away

Very clean, nice bed and linens, big kitchen juat needs some more pots and pans but overall it was a great spot to stay. Will definitely come back!

This is just an absolutely lovely place to stay. Let me just say, we will come and stay again. The reason I gave it four stars is because we had plumbing issues in the toilet as well as the shower. They want to come and fix it and we were out of the unit for the day as a result. It did not get fixed until after we left. I love everything about the location and the cleanliness I did feel that Jake was not as helpful as he could have been.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

I booked this for my birthday weekend and we had such a great time! It was right across from the beach so that made it easy to set up our spot in the mornings. It was also in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! The room was clean and the perfect size for us to stay the weekend. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it!

The property was clean and spacious. Check in was super easy. The beach is across the street from the unit and parking was never a problem. The unit had everything we needed.

SPACIOUS AND GREAT LOCATION

Very spacious and clean property. Location is perfect for anything you want to walk to while in Pass A Grille! You'll need to make sure you have the WiFi information as cellular service is weak.

Code to enter was incorrect. Called host, no answer. Then my sister called, no answer. Then 30 minutes later he sent a text stated he can’t talk because he’s “ in a meeting” . And I should try another code. Finally enter and once inside for a hour there is no AC. Does not work. Call again, no answer but a lady shows up with a baby to look at it. She clearly lives here. Offers a portable ac. Does not cool properly. I had to get another hotel last minute. Locks did not work in another unit they offered. We felt unsafe due to that. The building is currently under construction also is jacked up with water leaking from somewhere.

Pass-a-Grille

We had a lovely time in a good location. We could walk across the street and be on the beach. There is free parking for the time we were there, but we received a citation on our third day. Jake helped get that cleared up so all is good.

Host was responsive. Key pad didnt work. Ended up having to use a key. The unit overall was neat, clean, newly renovated. Unfortunately, as soon as you walked in, you get a nasty mildow/musty smell, which doesnt go away. Plenty of towels, toiletries, soaps, kitchenware, etc. Perfect location.

Decent

The condo was decent. A good amount of space for a studio. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall not bad. Other reviews were accurate that the kitchen has the bare minimum as far as cookware and the bed is very lumpy.

We stayed here for a weekend. Enjoyed Pass A Grille with it's beaches and quaintness.Pros: Location is the pro. Right across from the beach, next to several restaurants. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Good communication from owner. Clean unit. As described. Central A/C -- no wall bangers.Cons: Noise. Unit is on the ground floor next to the back alleyway. Neighborhood dumpsters are outside the windows (about four or so). Apparently they pick up at 6am Saturday morning for about 20 minutes. The alley is also a hangout spot for people to chat it up into the late hours. Also, not sure if the unit above is an owner or a temporary renter, but it sounded like they were changing the layout of their furniture with boots on until about 11:30pm each night. Air handler is next to the bedroom area so also pretty noisy when it comes on. Surprisingly, no noise from the bar next door. Also, no designated parking so can be very difficult finding a spot at peak hours.
