Den stora avskärmade-in balkongen är den perfekta platsen för att titta på härliga Florida solnedgången. Du är inom gångavstånd till restauranger, butiker och andra strandaktiviteter. Villa Madeira är en direkt byggnad vid stranden mitt i den pittoreska Madeira-stranden, en liten strandstad som är ungefär 2 mil lång. Består av 50 enheter; alla enheter vetter mot väst så alla kommer att ha en direkt utsikt över Mexikanska golfen från deras privata, skärmade på balkonger. Du hittar John's Pass Village ca 1 mil söderut, som är fylld med shopping, restauranger, vattenaktiviteter och underhållning för alla. Känner du att köra några bergskustar medan du är i stan? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger bara 45 minuters bilresa bort, eller slå Disney Parkerna och alla andra Orlando attraktioner på bara 2 timmar. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, vackra parker och miles av stränder är bara en handfull anledningar att besöka våra Pinellas County stränder !!! Direkt tvärs över gatan från Villa Madeira är det berömda Candy Kitchen för de kvällarna du vill ha en söt godis! Det finns restauranger, kaféer och kaféer som ligger inom gångavstånd från den här platsen så du har verkligen allt du behöver här. Direkt tillgång till stranden, nära till stora attraktioner och miles av stränder precis vid dina fingertoppar; detta är en sann strand semester !!

The view is great! The unit is somewhat dated and lacks kitchen supplies. However the pool, once opened, was nice! Close to johns pass and Candy kitchen across the street was a bonus. Parking was limited as construction was still going on from the hurricanes damage. This was a last minute booking so we were limited on 3 bedroom availability. This 3rd bedroom was more of a small den. No closet. Probably wont rent this unit again because of that, its good if you have little kids. Not for 6 adults, however we made it work!

Would stay again

The only issues we had were the description did not state that the pool was out and I did not read my email other listings had their pool as being out on the VRBO website, which is why I chose this one over those. It needs to be stated clearly that the pool is out. It was also inconvenient and hot in the elevator situation and we had been told by many, many locals as well as owners that they had been given the runaround on permits.

My vacation

Old but reasonably clean. Lacks the small amenities. Great location and beach. Pool was not usable because of the hurricane wished more info was provided about the damage and reconstruction. Hopefully the entire area will get back to normal

Villa Madeira

The property was great. Right on the beach. There was some construction taking place but that was known ahead of time for hurricane recovery efforts. Our only issue with the property was that the dryer was not working properly. It was difficult to dry bath towels and small loads would gave to be run 4 or 5 times to complete drying. I emailed the property managers asking for assistance. I heard nothing back but the next day while.my 13 year old daughter was sleeping 2 men entered the house without our knowledgeand while the rest of my family was on the beach out back. I was upset by this and called the property managers office and spoke to a woman who apologized and was very nice . I am writing this merely as a a message to the property managers to make sure you have permission from the renters to enter in the future. My child was frightened by this experience and id like to ensure it doesnt happen again in the future to anyone else. It was an otherwise pleasant stay in a great area.

Vacation

Property location is excellent. Convenient to restaurants, stores an John's pass. Condo itself could use a little TLC. A few minor plumbing an electrical issues Well equipped kitchen. Master bed very comfortable other rooms could use mattress upgrades.

Fantastic beach condo!

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Relaxing vacation

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

Home owner association President Ruined trip

The property was nice with a few exceptions The den and the spare bedroom had NO televisions in them and the beds themselves were awful, mattress and a piece of plywood does not a comfy vacation bed make The agent at Resort Rentals gave us incorrect information regarding the working of the televisions and the internet The president of the homeowners association harassed us the entire trip for everything we did from putting out beach towels on a chair and then walking g to the beach to having groceries delivered The elevator did. It work properly It was a nice condo and we had a nice vacation but have stayed in better places

Beautiful beach & great location.

Nice three bedroom condo. It had a big new kitchen that was well stocked. The ice maker was broken & that was a real inconvenience. Beautiful beach & pool - great place for a family vacation.

Great Getaway

Jan 2022 refresher

Great property was very clean. Just like the pictures and awesome view of the beach and ocean. You have a front row seat for sunset from the screened balcony. The house is on a great location close to Johns pass restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year for sure.

Beautiful Beach

The location and beach are amazing! The president of the association at the condo is a problem! He runs around giving orders and policing & harassing. This place could be much better without Mr. Smartt. Having to pick up keys and drop off keys a couple miles from the condo is also a problem unless you have a car rental. The condo itself was very nice and had everything you could need. Beautiful views, Sand toys, beach chairs and more!! Because of Mr. Smartt, we will not return to Villa Madeira!

Condo is very nice, very clean, right on the beach

Condo is updated and well maintained. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Within walking distance to Johns Pass. Would stay here again. Cons: Dishwasher worked sporadically. Master bedroom bathroom sinks, one had no pressure, the other did not drain, however master bath shower was great.

Fall Family Vacation

This was a great property! We would definitely want to stay here again in the future! Loved being able to be directly on the beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent. Also, loved the lounge chairs on the patio at the entrance to the beach. Several local restaurants and John’s Pass within walking distance.

Loved the condo and it had beautiful views and private beach

It was an amazing place to stay Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only complaint was the dishwasher was broke and had water in it so that smelled bad when we first opened it. So we just hand washed all dishes. But I would def recommend stay and would stay again. Maintenance man was nice and kept grounds super clean.
