This beautiful, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at The Caprice has stunning views for miles! South corner condo in a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! There are so many upgrades in this amazing place! The fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa bed and love seat with beautiful new laminate floors. Sliding doors open up to the nicely furnished beach front balcony with amazing views of the beach! The main bedroom has a King sized bed and a large window with a view of the Gulf of Mexico as well. Your 2nd bedroom features Bunk Beds with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin size on the top bunk. Plus, a twin pull-out trundle bed. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with new floor and wall tiles, custom cabinets with granite countertops. New walk in shower in the main bath and bath tub in the guest bath. All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The Caprice features free WiFi, free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and shuffleboard and shared washer/dryer rooms. Beach volleyball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

We visited for a brief 2-night stay in advance of our cruise departure from Tampa. Property is in a great St. Pete beachfront location, very clean unit, well maintained and outfitted with convenient covered offsite parking spot available. King master suite was very comfortable with stunning beach views. Second bedroom with balcony access and second bath were perfect for 3 kids to share while allowing the adults their own space and bath. Private pool, bbq, and loungers, for the building were also well maintained and not overly crowded. Highly recommend.

Great location in St Pete Beach. Loved the fenced in beach area for leaving our bags safely while we strolled on the beach or played in the gulf. The property was quiet and the unit was comfortable if not quite as stocked with things like shampoo and salt and pepper and cooking oil so be sure to bring all of these things for your stay.

Short stay for college graduation

Propert was fine. Nothing special. Have stayed across the street I. The past bit was unable to book it for this vacation. Property was average given the money we spent. Towels were sparse. Beach gear straw all about the balcony. Bed in main room was nice especially having a king size. Really not much negative to say other than having to go out of the way for the check I and check out packet. Probably a little pricey for what you get but location was nice.

Great Location

Great place for the money. Right on the beach and directly next to a public Beach but was a quiet place in a busy area. Clean and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants, bars, music, and ice cream.

Nice beachside condo!

The property is pretty well-located and clean. It's not SUPER walkable, but there are a handful of good breakfast spots and beach bars in walking distance and a nice Sunday market.Almost everything worked perfectly, except the Smart TV wasn't connected to their Wifi.

Location was great. Our place had not been cleaned when we first got there and had to have the cleaning company come. It needs new area rugs as those are very dirty. It could use more dishes.

Short Getaway

Property was located in a great location adjacent to public access on a beautiful part of the St. Pete’s beach. Close walk or drive to many restaurants and ample parking. The unit was nice, but could use a some TLC - the carpet in main bedroom is very worn, the window blinds throughout were not operating well and curtains in the bunk bed room appeared to be scratched up or melted from the sun. The kitchen only had 4 plates & 4 bowls. Really not enough to serve family meals. Picking up keys from the offsite management company was easy, except the envelope for our rental had the wrong guest name on it. The office was closed at 4pm and the phone # went to a voicemail. Turns out the keys you pick up are only for the pool gate and stairwell that we never needed. The access code to the unit is also strangely obvious. I hope this gets changed between uses. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. With a little attention to the few items mentioned, this would be a 10/10.

Good location & nice beach views

The unit was nice and comfortable. The best part are the beautiful beach views. We enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to beach bars and restaurants and plenty of other nearby spots. St. Pete Beach has plenty of good restaurants that are open even though many are still not open due to hurricane damage.

It was ok. The apartment was a little worn and the balcony was tiny. Be prepared to buy a lot of kitchen ware. The condo has very little to offer in the kitchen and what is there is not nice at all. The location is great for a beach get a way but I won’t stay there again.

Great place to stay with family

This condo is located right on the beach which made it nice with 3 small children. There were beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a wagon on the balcony that could be taken to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the A/C. There were random times during the day and night the A/C would set itself to 74 degrees and at one point, 85 degrees! The bedroom with the bunk beds would get awfully hot.

Great Condo On The Beach

The location being right on the beach is wonderful. The pool was also very clean and not busy. The views from the balcony are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk, and the beach is slightly less crowded because it’s a short distance from the more popular hotels. We had an amazing stay!! TY! We’ll be back!!

Nice condo in a great location!

Family of 4 celebrating daughter’s college graduation. Very comfortable 2 bedroom/bath unit. We stayed on this property last year, the convenience to many restaurants, groceries and of course the beach can’t be beat.

Family Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect and we loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. The unit was the perfect size for us and our 18 year old son. We will definitely be back when we visit him at UTampa next year!
