Entire private townhouse condo, 3 levels with private balconies on each floor directly on the Intercoastal Waterway, with water views from EVERY SINGLE ROOM (even the bathrooms...) All the entertainment and dining of Clearwater Beach just a block or two away. Access to common outdoor eating area, fire pit, and docks. Garage is available for parking and storage, with beach accessories and bikes for guest’s use! We have garage space for two cars and an additional spot in front of the building. We are so close to everything, you can park your car and never have to move it again for your entire stay! Publix is across the causeway for groceries and if you decide you want to cook we have a fully-equipped kitchen for you. Our favorite thing about vacationing here is absolute access to everything we could want only steps away. The Clearwater Beach pool is nearby for the kiddos. And of course, you just can't beat the #1 beach in the US only 2 blocks away!

Overall this property has a lot going for it, but there were a several things that could be improved.The good:•The location is great. A short walk to the beach and close to everything. Being a few blocks off the beach made it feel less crowded which was a big plus.•The back dock was really nice for sitting and watching the birds, the dolphins, catching the sunrise, etc.•All of the available amenities in the garage (bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen that was stocked with a lot of the extras is a huge plus.•Communication with the hosts was good.The bad:•When we arrived the house had not been cleaned since the previous guests. Trash piled up, floors a mess, personal belongings left behind: it was dirty. The hosts responded to my phone call immediately and got a cleaning crew mobilized. We had to vacate the house for several hours while it was cleaned (not a great way to start a vacation). The host did comp us 200 for the inconvenience.•The dishwasher does not do its job. Lots of dishes come out dirty, and dishes in the cupboard were put away dirty from previous uses.•The property is showing signs of neglect: several loose stairway handrails (on a 4-story unit), trim peeling off doors, windows haven’t been cleaned in a long time (to the point of almost not being able to see through them), etc.This property is very close to being a 10star review. Our group started off on the wrong foot with the cleaning mixup, so everything else s

Beautiful stay. The rental was nice but the owners were even nicer. Can’t thank them enough for being accommodating and letting us move our booking due to a last minute unforeseen issue that caused the wedding to have to be moved from June to November. Stand up people. Thanks again.

This was my first time renting a VRBO rather than staying in a resort or hotel. We took our grown children, their spouses and our grandchild. First impressions were that the condo was a bit dated and there were a lot of stairs but after staying a few days, we realized the separate floors provided more privacy and loved how comfortable and homey the owners have made the condo. We ended up loving our stay and all the details and thoughtfulness of what was included. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach, strollers, fishing equipment, and everything needed for laundry. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook including spices and basic pantry staples like flour, coffee, and sugar. Every room has access to a balcony with great views, TVs in every bedroom and free wifi included. While we brought games and beach towels, we were pleasantly surprised to find lots of games and plenty of beach towels already provided. Location was great. We were able to enjoy calm nights on the dock watching the guys fish, and the beach was a short walk. The main strip was a five minute walk making it easy to enjoy great food, shopping, and entertainment. Publix, the marina, Clearwater Aquarium and other main attractions are all within a 10-15 minute walk or five minute drive making this a great location with a reasonable price. We will definitely be planning more family vacations here!

June summer get away

Great location, the beach house had everything and I mean everything you need from towels for the beach, beach chairs, coolers, and house has pots pans utensils, just like being at home. The dock on the inter coastal waterway was very enjoyable. A on communication and easy process. Thanks for assisting us on a great and memorable trip.

Great location!

We had a great time in Clearwater! Loved the proximity to the water for fishing and how close it was to just about everything. Plenty of room for the six of us and had all the amenities we needed. All the outdoor spaces were an added benefit!

The place itself was clean and well maintained but the location is amazing. Right in the water and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Only time we got in car was to go to grocery store, which was only a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great place!

Space was incredible, and the location was awesome! Right across the street from the beach and free parking made it very easy for our group to get around. The WiFi was pretty slow making it difficult to stream the New Years football games, but we made do. I would absolutely stay again!

Sisters & Nieces B-Day Weekend

Our group had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay at this beautiful condo. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs for our party of 9. The beds were very comfortable. No need for a car as everything; beach, restaurants, shopping and bars are all in walking distance. Very easy and hassle free check in and out process. Would definitely recommend this condo!! The only draw back was no pool as the listing indicates. Also, would suggest to owners to invest in a wagon for guests to use for beach days.

Great home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Kristin's property. Kristin was quick to respond to all my questions. The house was perfect for the size of our family - 9 people. We had plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of beach towels and we LOVED the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. We didn't have one single dislike and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The property offered many amenities. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds slept well. Short walk to the beach, in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Could walk or ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go! The home is showing some wear and tear but was very comfortable. Definitely would love to visit again!

Condo was end unit sitting on bay with dock. Easy fishing and relaxing. Close to everything. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies, gas stations, beach and entertainment.
