Outdoor Amenities:
Hot Tub & Pool: If you'd like to use the hot tub, please let us know in advance so we can heat it for you. The pool system is fully automated and remotely controlled—please avoid tampering with the equipment.
Solar-Heated Pool: Powered by roof-mounted solar panels, the pool temperature varies with the weather. In summer, it typically ranges from 80 to 95°F. In winter, it can dip to 55 to 70°F due to cooler nights. Even so, there's nothing like a crisp evening soak in the hot tub!
Covered Patio: Enjoy the spacious patio with comfortable seating, a 65" smart TV for movie nights, and picturesque views of the yard, hammock, wildlife by the pond (including majestic eagles and ospreys), and the screened pool.
Interior Comforts:
Living Room: High ceilings, plush leather seating, and a 75" Smart TV with a soundbar and subwoofer create the perfect space for relaxation. Please watch your step as there is a small step down when entering.
Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV with a soundbar, a designated workspace, a large walk-in closet, a private safe, and an ensuite bathroom.
Additional Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and their own 55" and 65" Smart TVs.
The Game Room doubles as a fourth bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds, a massive 75" Smart TV, a premium sound system, ceiling LED lights, and the latest Xbox X with Ultimate Account access for unforgettable gaming or movie nights. Please watch your step when entering.
Premium Sleeping Experience: All beds feature brand-new memory foam mattresses with high-quality linens, pillows, towels, and soft, cozy blankets provided.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cook like a pro with an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, luxury microwave, Ninja blender, coffee maker, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need.

Guest Bathroom: The jacuzzi functions as a tub only.
The house features a tanked water heater with a booster, but please be mindful of water use when filling the tub.

How about kayaking? Halfway to the famous Honeymoon Island on Dunedin Causeway, rent one and visit Caladesi Island (voted #1 beach in N.America 2008); paddle along the edge of the mangrove forest where the water averages only 2 to 5 feet deep, the grass flats are protected, (no motor boats allowed) dolphins, ospreys are very common, manatee and eagles are seen on occasion along with hundreds of species of migratory birds and fish that visit the island make this a kayaking paradise, chill later in "High and Dry" Tiki bar watching the sunset or rent a jet ski for a Sunset tour!
If you're a kayak fan, a must-do is visiting Weeki Wachee Springs and paddling down the river.

When you get exhausted, sit back on the patio to spend a pleasant evening by the bonfire, gas firepit, or dip in the pool.
