Clean, bright, and newly renovated — the Cozy Beach Bungalow is a charming ground floor studio steps from historic Pass-A-Grille Beach and the bay. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a small family.
One bedroom with a queen bed plus a double sleeper sofa. Private gated outdoor patio with charcoal grill. Fully equipped kitchen with all new kitchenware, cookware, and appliances. Step-in shower with marble glass tile and 22 inch Italian tile throughout.
Beach chairs and equipment provided. Outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. One free parking spot. Contactless self check-in. Professionally cleaned before every stay.
Pets welcome — $85 fee per pet. $300 refundable security deposit.

Tyler was great with communication. This cute little bungalow was exactly as described. We arrived a little early and met the cleaning lady who was so nice and wonderful. The best part is it was so close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The beach and the town were not crowded as expected. Can't wait to go again!
This was the view every night.

This was our second time staying in the Sand Pearl unit. Perfect size for my husband and I. So cozy, comfy and peaceful inside and out. Love the cottagy feel. Step outside and stroll to the beach or the bay and watch the dolphins play, grab a drink oceanside, catch one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see, and you can top the night off at one of the local restaurants just around the corner. We will return.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom bungalow! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. It made everything so easy and relaxing.The bungalow itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a warm, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home.What made it even more special was how dog-friendly it was. My pup loved it here, especially being so close to the beach for walks and playtime

I have stayed at resorts and condos at st Pete beach, this is my favorite of them all. Quiet neighborhood and clean without the riff raff and traffic of other parts of the beach. You walk outside, you go left past three houses and you are at beach access ramp, three houses to the right and you are on the bay front. Restaurants, all blocks away including the wharf where we had dinner almost every night and paradise grille (on the water) for lunch and breakfast. Location is amazing. The studio/eff sandpearl was perfect size for me and my gf. Everything clean and new. Perfect sized kitchen with full size appliances. We could’ve taken groceries and cooked if we wanted to. The beach equipment, chairs and umbrella are top quality, I even ordered one for home. Great quality stuff. And we took that umbrella everywhere! Property grounds are super clean and have outdoor furniture to chill and socialize. One night all tenants from the three units were outside and we enjoyed meeting strangers as we relaxed. One of those properties you wish you could buy after your trip. Very cute. Housekeeping named Cheryl was sweet and AMAZING. We needed extra towels and we got it fast, faster than any resort room service. Checking in was piece of cake and hosts responded fast if I had a question.Book this place!! I will be booking this place again and probably bring the kids for the two bedroom or just check out the entire property. We loved our stay.And the price! Can’t beat this value!!

NOT as expected!!

This "cottage" turned out to be one of several in a compound. Unfortunately, it felt like THIS one, "The Sand Pearl" was the latest addition and was cobbled together from a renovated laundry room. Paint was still drying and shelves were still being added. The "deck area" was a fenced in space with a view of UNDER the stairs leading up to the second floor rental. ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the money we paid. Landlord should have left this as an empty storage area!When we arrived, we were exhausted, and wanted to take a quick 3;30 PM siesta...impossible as this was the time the landscapers took to leaf blowing under our window for over a half hour. The positive-Tyler, the property manager was responsive when we arrived and available by text. He was informative and got us into the unit, arranged our parking for the duration. Location- we could walk everywhere, close to the Paradise Grille and the most beautiful beaches you could ever hope to walk and shell on!

Adorable place to stay and super close to the beach. I wish parking had been just a little more convenient. There isn’t a coffee shop nearby for morning coffee but there is a maker in the room, next time we will bring our own. Comfortable and cozy. Location was excellent. Will stay again!!

Great location close to beach and shops

We chose this because it’s pet friendly and loved how close it is to both the PAG dog beach and the Fort de Soto dog beach. It was quite well equipped and the cleaning was fine. The mattress was very soft which may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive backs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, comfy & great location

The property was everything we needed. Filled with everything you need for a household. It was one block from the gulf side and a block and a half from the inter coastal side. Downtown shops, ice cream shoppe, Hurricane Restaurant, Brass Monkey Restaurant the Wharf Bar and Grille and Red White and Booze restaurant. Many parks for our puppy and a dog beach just 11 small blocks away. Could not have asked for more.
