Charming villa with private garden and swimming pool, ideally located just 500 meters from the center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence along a quiet private road.

A perfect base to explore the region, including Arles, Avignon and the stunning Alpilles Regional Natural Park, ideal for cycling quiet country roads and enjoying the Provençal countryside.

Bright and fully air-conditioned, the villa features thoughtfully curated furnishings with a refined, uncluttered and elegant style.

The villa has been fully renovated and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and private shower room, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. A second shower room and separated WC complete the house layout.

Outside, a paved patio with a pergola offers a comfortable space for dining, relaxing, or spending time together.

A free parking space is available.

Bathroom and kitchen essentials are provided. If supplies run out during your stay, guests are asked to purchase additional items themselves.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Please note that, although the villa is all on one level, a few steps are required to access it. For this reason, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Guests have exclusive use of the house, garden, and swimming pool.

Certain technical and storage areas are not included in the rental and are not accessible to guests. These areas are clearly identified and include:

- the workshop,
- the attic and the staircase leading to it,
- the rear service yard,
- the covered parking area.

These spaces are used for storage and technical purposes only and are not part of the guest accommodation.

Daily access to the technical areas may be required for routine property maintenance, such as operating the pool cover or watering the garden.
Such access does not affect guests' exclusive use of the house, garden, and swimming pool.

The swimming pool is not heated and is generally open from May through October. Please note that it may be temporarily closed during the season in the event of rain or strong winds. As the exact opening and closing dates depend on weather conditions and may vary from year to year, please contact us before booking if access to the pool is important for your stay.

In accordance with NF P90-308 regulations, the pool is equipped with safety devices such as an alarm and a slatted cover. There is no fence restricting access to the swimming pool. The slatted cover is operated only by staff, while the alarm can be activated/deactivated by customers.
As these safety devices cannot entirely replace the supervision of an adult, GUESTS REMAIN FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the use of the pool.

Staff members in charge of garden maintenance and opening/closing the swimming pool will carry on their duties daily.

Charcoal barbecues are not permitted due to the high risk of fire, especially during the summer months.

The fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. Please do not attempt to light a fire in it.

Smart tv provided to stream your own contents on Netflix, Prime video, etc.

One set of towel per guest is provided, for longer stays we advise guests to bring their own.
