"We booked into the Farmers Home Hotel with ease. Our room was well appointed with lots of little “extras”. We enjoyed a couple of beautifully presented drinks at the Temperance Bar and decided to stay for something to eat. The share plates we ordered were delicious. We had an early start the next morning and found checking out a breeze. Thanks for your hospitality Farmers Home Hotel, your staff are delightful. "

"Kerry and Dave are excellent hosts and we had a lovely stay at the York Motel. Located within a very short walk of the main street but tucked away in a quiet spot. Our room and all amenities were spotless with modern bathroom and a good hot shower. Cannot fault their hospitality and can happily recommend. We would book direct with them next time though as our booking information had not been passed onto them in time for our arrival, thankfully Dave was brilliant at resolving the issue, thank you! "

"A comfortable and clean room room, it’s a lovely property. The room has no natural light or ventilation because the widows was boarded yup for some reason. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan and aircon in the room. It’s a great location."

"Check in was very average Food service was terrible. Ordered pizza only to be told 20 mts later that they didn’t have all the ingredients and then ordered crumbed squid that was very over cooked. Almost inedible. I did receive a free drink and the room was great "
