This colorful, chic condo is nestled in one of the most sought-after locations in mid-island on St. Simons. It is located in walking distance to Redfern Village, which abodes restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Our property is located in Barnes Plantation, a gated complex with a community pool, which is open year round! Immediately entering the complex, our property is located on the left side on the third floor, with two flights of stairs. Entering the property you are welcomed by a large family table which accommodates 4 people. The living space has a cozy sectional with a smart TV. Off the living space is a screened-in patio with a outdoor closet. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a family meal or sit at the hightop for some of the island's fantastic take-out!

The master bedroom is located off the living room with a queen-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the second bedroom with two twin beds and a smart tv. In the hall is a Peloton bicycle for guests who want to get a workout in before hitting the beach!

Please note that the pool is heated in the off-season only.
