âThe staff was amazing and so friendly, we come to Cleveland every summer and this is our first time staying here. We will never stay any where else. Parking was central to everything, we didnât have to drive once all weekend. We could walk everywhere and all the restaurants around were great!! â
âThis is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. â
âThe hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. â
âWe had a really good stay at this modern and yet very cosy and comfortable hotel located centrally in Cleveland, a short walk from the Rock nÂŽ Roll Hall of Fame, the theater district around Playhouse Square, and only a few minutes walk from the RTA station. The happy hour for coffee in the morning and wine n the late afternoon was a great opportunity to meet other guests. â
âThe bed was very comfortable, the bathroom walls were vintage decorative, and the hotel was right across the street from the Chargerâs Stadium!â
âService was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didnât care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they donât even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over...
âAloft was wonderful. Itâs a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us.
If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage.
