  • SeaYaRound Villa har en utsökt, nästan 180 graders utsikt över Karibiska havet. Detta 3-våningar, runda, Deltec-hus ligger på cirka 400 fot över havet och erbjuder panoramautsikt över St John, Buck Island, St Croix och Puerto Rico.

The view makes this location! Villa was tidy and had pretty much everything we needed! Host was very friendly and informative, and the pets on site were very sweet.

Our family of five had an amazing time for our first trip to St.Thomas. Scott was incredibly friendly and very helpful answering any questions we had about the island. The house was very centrally located. We made it to all sides of the island. We enjoyed making dinner and relaxing in the pool each evening. Beds were very comfortable and the couch was perfect for our nightly game of Taboo. We will definitely book again when we return!

The views were amazing — we loved enjoying our coffee every morning from the chairs on the deck. The home was spacious and spotless. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy from start to finish. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and cooler they provided. We had a great stay at Sea-Ya-Round!

The view was 10/10- sunsets were spectacular. The property was incredibly clean and spacious. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue with a clogged sink, and it was repaired quickly. The restaurants and the town were just a short drive away and we enjoyed every meal.If you want to have an amazing view of the Caribbean, have friendly and attentive hots and relax, this is the place for you.

Great stay, huge place for the 4 of us, bigger than we imagined. Everything was clean, and inviting. We loved being able to cook there, and relax in the pool or on the deck overlooking paradise. If you like birds there are a lot of cool birds in the trees around the property and beyond. Our host and his family were amazing. We liked that they were downstairs if we needed them. We wish we were back there already. A great location for anything you need 10 minutes in either direction on the main road.

Our stay at Sea Ya Round Villa in Saint Thomas was absolutely unforgettable! From the breathtaking views to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — truly a perfect home away from home.One of our favorite parts of the experience was the welcoming atmosphere Scott and his family created. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We also fell in love with the sweet community animals — Dublin the friendly dog, the adorable outside kitties Whiskey and Tequila, and even the tortoises roaming around added so much charm and personality to our stay.Every morning felt peaceful and every evening felt relaxing with those stunning island views. It’s rare to find a place that feels both like a tropical getaway and the comfort of home all at once, but Sea Ya Round Villa delivered exactly that.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Saint Thomas!

12 out of 10 — One of Our All-Time Favorites!We just returned from another incredible stay and I cannot say enough great things! We’ve visited the islands over 10 times and this villa has easily become one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed — and that is saying a LOT!The villa had everything you could possibly need — a Keurig, beach towels, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen making it so easy to cook breakfast in the mornings. The wraparound patio is an absolute dream — the villa runs on wind turbines which creates the most amazing constant breeze while you’re relaxing outside. And the pool with that stunning elevated view? Absolutely breathtaking!The host was incredible — so accommodating and quick to respond to everything. You can tell they truly care about their guests!Families with kids will love it — tons of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. The AC inside was great, and that constant patio breeze made it the best of both worlds. No worrying about power outages either, which if you’ve traveled to the islands, you know can sometimes be an issue!Pro tip — a rental vehicle is essential no matter where you stay on the island!We will absolutely be back and recommend this to everyone without hesitation!

Best views at Bolongo Bay

Great stay at Sea Ya Round! The rental is just a short drive to anywhere on the island, nestled in a neighborhood above the hustle and bustle in the chill area of Bolongo Bay. Scott, Shawn, and Kim made sure we had everything we needed and shared a plethora of reccos that kept us busy during our stay... All and all a great trip!

We stayed at Sea Ya Round Villa from October 11th to 17th and really enjoyed our time there. The villa was clean, quiet, and had a nice private feel. The owners were friendly, easy to reach, and communicated really well throughout the whole process.Just a heads-up — it’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll definitely get your exercise in going up and down the stairs! But the views and the peaceful atmosphere make it totally worth it.It’s a great spot for small families (2–6 people), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on St. Thomas.
