I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made.

Parking was full because they had 2 kids birthday parties going on. The resort is a little tired looking it must of been beautiful back in the day. Rooms could use an extra cleaning. It met our needs for a night stay

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. As a matter of fact, just do yourself a favor and scratch the entire island off your bucket list. It is so far overpriced compared to every other amazing tropical island and the service and attitude of all the locals is just HORRIBLE! This property in particular was not at all what I expected based on the photos and reviews on Expedia. There was no check in instructions other than that the office was only open like 4 hours on the day we were to arrive and that the last available time you could check in was 8 pm. We had all kinds of delay and problems getting a car, so I was very nervous about getting to the property on time and no one would answer the phone. Once we got there, we were able to figure out how to find our room, but our key didn't work. I did call the emergency number and someone came to let us in. The resort is very outdated, which is fine. The inside of the room was not clean and there were multiple broken items. Like the entire window casing in the shower was falling off. The linens and towels seemed clean, but the furniture was so filthy that I kind of wanted to die. Housekeeping did not restock any troilites, but the lady checking us in was able to get us some. Thankfully they have an onsite restaurant, which was decent, but we were starved and exhausted so anything would have worked at that point. We just stayed there one night. It is very close to Magen's Bay, but only if you have a car!

Overall the hotel was great. By comparison, great value for the money, but the location was a bit removed from city center or even the Meagan’s bay. Though both are relatively close, there is no safe way to walk to and from, given the lack of sidewalks or lights, especially at night, requiring a taxi or rental car. That being said, the food was good and during our one night stay, the hotel had life music which was really nice. Yes, I recommend it and yes, I would stay there again!

I was worried about some bad reviews I had seen but it was quite nice. Hot tub wasn't working but the two pools were nice. Coffee shop and restaurant really good. Rooms were clean and nice but the 3 steps down into the living room and back up 3 to the bedroom/kitchen area took a little getting used to.

I left with bedbug bites all over me. The lobby closes at 4pm and I tried to go in there at 2pm to get pool towels and the door was locked. I was told by a landscaping guy that the office personnel were in a meeting. The towels were dingy white with multiple stains on them. I had to constantly call for more towels to try to get some that were not stained.

The room was clean and fully stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes which for a one room suite is more than we were expecting. Ms Barbara, the housekeeper we met, was so friendly and helpful! Loved having all the kitties around too so we didn’t miss ours. We didn’t use either of the pools and one of the two hot tubs was not operating. Having a coffee shop (Northside Grind) and restaurant (Irie Vybz) right on site was great as the food and drinks at both were of very high quality and value. Definitely will book again for our next visit.

Staff is doing their best I suppose but lack of reliable running water including toilet I think I can’t give it more than 1 star. Also A/C didn’t work, pool is filled with some green organic material and jacuzzi looks like it hasn’t worked in quite some time. Hey, the view and the beach is beautiful so all is not lost, but someone else needs to take over management of this property. Great location.

BEWARE! first off no one is in the office past 1 PM… Secondly the room was not cleaned there was hair in the sinks, absolutely no soap anywhere,no paper towels, there was a bug in the bed, there were stains on the main bedsheets and stains on the other bed blanket, the door has a huge gap which bugs can crawl under and it was so bright with light I had to shove a towel there, there is no coffee, most all the blinds for the windows are broken throughout the interior with hunks just broken off, the table on the balcony is so rusted out it's dangerous to get close to, you cannot have the door open with the screen closed because the screen has huge gaping cuts and holes in it, the Internet for the TV does not work, pictures are shown as if there is a beach and there is absolutely not a beach and it's quite far down the road and BTW if you are on the balcony or sleeping in the second bedroom the noise from that road is just unbelievable, and the number they give you to call for after hours issues or problems nobody answers and if you leave a message nobody calls. And the pool was dirty with murky water The little restaurant was good the woman working the front desk in the morning was kind and concerned and said she would try to get the owner to call me… He never did. now onto Expedia… BEWARE because they will not back you up whatsoever when you have an issue even though my contract and payment was through them.

A 2 bedroom premium suite is not 2 bedrooms. It is basically 2 lofts and completely open with a spiraling staircase. Water would stop working here and there. Only stayed 1 night of our 6 days. Left and stayed somewhere better. Food at restaurant is superb tho!!!
