    Villa Papillon är en lyxig villa med 3 sovrum med 3450 kvadratmeter bostadsyta, som består av två flernivåspaviljonger som omfattar en privat innergård och pool. Byggt precis i den 13 "x 21" privata poolen är en separat, djup badtunna som bekvämt kommer att få plats 6. Perfekt för familjesemestrar.

    Var och en av de 3 sovrummen har dramatisk havsutsikt. Det övre sovrummet har en king size-slädsäng med en Tempur-Pedic-madrass, riktiga bambusgolv och ett välvt tak. Family Trip 2025

The home was beautiful and just as described the views were spectacular, and the pool was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only regret was it was not longer.So close to Megan‘s Beach another highlight of the trip, top restaurant of the stay was The Shack, perfect relaxed setting and food was so fresh!!Thank you

Terrific Place

Had an opportunity to spend a long weekend here and wasn’t disappointed. Nice community on the Peterborg peninsula. House is accurately described, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make it just like home. Views and breeze off the deck can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend.

Great stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The privacy of the pool, hot tub and deck made it feel we were alone on the hillside. The house was about 20 minutes from most things we wanted to do on the island. Everything was clean and in good condition.

If you are looking to truly get away and just relax... This is the place for you! Spectacular view from the deck over the Atlantic. In the evening tradewinds keep you cool. House is beautiful and well equipped. You can stock this place with provisions and never have to leave!! Will definitely return. Fay is great to work with as well!

Amazing accommodations and views!

Six adults (3 couples) stayed at this beautiful property for 6 days. Everything you could want or need was provided. Kitchen had both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee (filters provided). All of the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans were there as well as a toaster and blender. A small cooler, multiple beach towels, toiletries, hair dryers, games, and books (so many books!)My only complaints are the wi-fi and trash disposal. The wi-fi is nearly non-existent in the apartment and somewhat sketchy in the main house. You must take your own trash to the dump and it is in the opposite direction of the airport. Plan accordingly.If you rent a car, I highly recommend a Jeep as the roads are bumpy and steep.

Gorgeous property! Breathtaking views! Those are the thoughts that come to mind when I think of Villa Papillon. The cool ocean breeze and the warmth of the sun provide the perfect conditions to relax while taking in the stunning view. I could have spent hours each day on that deck. This villa offered a comfortable space to start our mornings and end our evenings. Our best friends, who were also celebrating their 25th anniversary, joined us for the week. We appreciated having the option of the cottage in addition to the main house for sleeping arrangements, allowing for more privacy. We greatly appreciated the amenities provided, including dish soap, body wash, shampoo, paper towels and laundry detergent as well as bath and beach towels. That freed up room in our luggage and also saved money in our wallets.My only disappointment is that we did not spend more time than we did enjoying this beautiful villa, as we devoted most of our week visiting the different beaches on St Thomas and St John. I wish our stay could have been longer! The property manager, Fay, was great to work with. She responded promptly to texts prior to our arrival and during our stay. Her professionalism and responsiveness were much appreciated.

When you walk down the driveway and start down the steps to the villa, you will be stopped in your tracks. The pool with the gorgeous ocean view framed between the house and cottage. Just wow!

Stunning views, fantastic property and well maintained!

As owners of a condo on the island of St. Thomas we can relate to how hard it can be to maintain a property on the island. Our condo is currently long term rented so when we visit we try different villas and condo's around the island. We try to visit multiple times per year and really enjoy all the different properties and locations. Peterborg is one of the favorite choices for us. This was the first time staying in this villa. From the reservation all the way to check out the communication was great. The villa was well stocked with kitchen items and made it very easy to prepare the meals for the week. The added bonus of having Sub Zero appliances from our home town of Madison WI even made it that much better. The bedding was fresh and new, the cleanliness of the entire place was fantastic. The mid week cleaning and bedding change was a great touch. Whatever cleaning products they use smell fabulous! The only areas that we had of concern was the shower in the lower bathroom of the main house has a pressure concern and very light flow. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the guest house and enjoyed it very much. The only concern there was that there are no curtains on the shower that overlook the large deck. This deck is a common area between the main house and guest house so when anyone in the guest house takes a shower, everyone else needs to clear off the deck so that they don't accidentally get a view they don't want. Other than that we would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to enjoy the island.

Disappointed

The location of the property and the layout of the house were amazing. However, there were cleanliness issues with the kitchen and hot tub. The kitchen was not clean and food was left in the oven and there was rancid trash left in the outside bin. My family of four all contracted folliculitis from the hot tub and had to seek medical treatment upon returning home.

Beautiful property right on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to several terrific restaurants. Magen’s Bay beach within 10 minutes of the property. Fay was outstanding in answering questions and ensuring everything went well during our stay.

Top notch vacation home!

We had a great stay at this home during our vacation. The pool, views and bedroom were all amazing! The property manager was very nice, responsive and made sure us having a good vacation was her top priority. Plenty of amenities, pool toys and even beach/snorkeling equipment. It’s also in a safe and clean neighborhood, with a short drive to one of St. Thomas best beach. We will be back!

Amazing views in St. Thomas

We had a wonderful time at Villa Papillon - wishing we were still there. The villa is exactly as described. The beds were all super comfy and the common spaces were very nice. But really, it’s all about the views from every spot inside the house and from the lovely deck. We also spent enjoyable time in the pool. Fay was great to work with. We took advantage of many of her suggestions using Paradise Car Rental and Grocery Goddess to stock the house with groceries. The trip was perfect!!!

Stunning Views

Fay was absolutely amazing with quick responses to our questions. The property was amazing and wish we would have known to bring a DVD to gift to the house. No complaints on the variety provided but would have liked to give back in some way. There were plenty of pool floats, towels and chairs to borrow for the beach. Beds were comfortable. Loved the art work throughout the house. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Pretty sure our family got into a few fights playing some of the games provided, lol. Highly recommend this property. The “bonus” house was so cute and shower view was awesome. Could easily provide amenities for 6 people. Can’t go wrong booking this house.

Just what we needed

The location was wonderful, looking out over Hans Lollik and just around the bend from Magen’s Bay! We enjoyed the large variety of books and the many different places to sit and read them. Definitely checking availability at Villa Papillon for our next trip!

Great Retreat!

Beautiful home, with even more beautiful views. Quiet, private, secure, gated community. Faye, the property manager, was very helpful in recommending restaurants, excursions and a great taxi service, which made our trip even more fun and full. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Property and Views

This house is amazing and the views are spectacular. The only slight deficiencies are the hot tub did not work properly (it did work some nights) and the house would greatly benefit from a professional cleaning because it's a little worn around the edges. Aside from that St. Thomas is incredible, the people are very nice, and we all had a great time. I recommend this property for adult couples.

Lovely home with a gorgeous view, but has a couple of issues

My husband and I stayed here for a week with 2 other couples, so each couple had their own room/bathroom and space. We all thoroughly enjoyed the home and the view, but there were two issues we found very disappointing….the hot tub worked well only for a day and the WiFi connection was terrible. We were told by the host a day before arrival that the hot tub pump was not working but would get fixed within two days. It was indeed serviced and after two days, the hot tub got hot and worked beautifully (except the jets aren’t very strong). But then it stopped working by the next day after using it. The water wouldn’t get hot and the jets were barely on. The host explained that their was a shared pump between the pool and jacuzzi and it was on a timer, but things just didn’t work at the times specified or other times. The jacuzzi was one main reason we chose this home and having a problem with it was a big issue for us. Also, the WiFi was absolutely terrible the entire week. Seems the best time to be on it was very early morning, but that wasn’t always the case. Overall, it’s a beautiful home with a spectacular view and great amenities. If the two issues we had is not important to you, then this home is the perfect paradise.

Wonderful view

Two couples stayed in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed the view, deck, and pool! There are stairs all over so be sure you can handle that. Property management is very attentive and checks on you during visit. We recommend ordering groceries from Moe’s and picking up after departing airport. Would stay again.
