Denna villa är helt privat så att du kan njuta av utomhuspoolen i avskildhet, ett fantastiskt inomhusutrymme med utsikt över poolen när du vaknar och under hela din vistelse. Our stay at Pavilions and Pools in St. Thomas was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the wonderful and informative hosting by Shawn Cordes. From the moment we arrived, Shawn ensured that every detail was attended to, making us feel welcomed and well cared for. His local knowledge and helpful recommendations truly enhanced our vacation experience.The villa itself was an absolute dream. The highlight was the private pool and the stunning garden shower, which added a touch of luxury and tranquility to our stay. Waking up to the serene setting and ending the day with a relaxing swim in complete privacy was priceless.What truly set this stay apart were the above-and-beyond amenities provided by Shawn. These extras saved us hundreds on beach rentals and grocery items—no small feat on an island vacation! From chairs and snorkeling gear to a well-stocked kitchen with thoughtful essentials, everything we needed was at our fingertips.The villa’s location was another standout feature. Shaun thought of absolutely everything. His place was perfectly clean! We even recommended it to some friends of ours would really appreciate that. The only things "less than" perfect, he would have no control over. The TV on STT is "spotty". And, I love a warm (too warm for some) pool. So, we really didn't get hardly any use of his beautiful pool. I believe it was the time of year (early Dec.) and the fact that a giant palm shades it way too much!

Broken a/c in living room, no water for 2 1/2 days. Had to take pots of water from the pool to flush the toilet. Unit was supposed to have a grill and there was not one there. No rafts for the pool. Office hours for the property are posted 9am to 5pm. We were there for two weeks and never saw anyone in there. Property Grounds are not kept up with

Loved the pool, and it was a pretty easy walk to Sapphire Beach following a path from the property. The unit had snorkel gear which was great for taking with us to the beach. We also loved the on-site restaurant Pangea.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The villa was beautiful, private, and clean. We were able to walk to Sapphire Beach, which is gorgeous. They also have a great beach bar and sometimes offer live music. So fun! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant at Pavilions and Pools as well! It’s called Pangea, highly recommend. The host, Shawn, was wonderful, responsive, and gave us plenty of suggestions for food, fun, and sun!

The Villa was the perfect spot to start and end days during our trip to St. Thomas. Short distances to multiple beaches and the Red Hook with various options for entertainment and dining. We ran into some iffy weather so having the private pool on site is the perfect amenity. Also, the restaurant attached to the villas was amazing. Shawn was responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. We would definitely visit again and stay here!

Shawn was an excellent host. He was great to communicate with and responded quickly. We enjoyed our time at his property. Very private and peaceful. Clean and had and had all the amenities needed for the stay. We will definitely look into using one of Shawn’s properties again.

Great house, super clean with a great private pool! Location is not at all walkable which is deceiving. However, if you’re up for an adventure, you can manage to walk to Sapphire and/or Lindquist beach. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay. You are close to beaches, markets, restaurants, and ferries/boat excursions. It was great to have a couple of beach chairs to bring to the beach with us - plenty of floaties and snorkel gear if you need them too. Our favorite beaches were Brewers Beach, Lindquist Beach, and Honeymoon Beach on Water Island - turtles, rays, squid, barracuda, octopus, and more. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool whenever we wanted. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay with my family at this condo! Great location…close to all the beaches and ferry to St.John. Has everything you need for the beach…snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels and cooler! Also great to have your own private pool!

This place was pretty cool. Comfy bed, full kitchen, everything you’d need. My kids loved the fact that they could jump into the pool right off the living room. Neat bathroom, saw a lizard while showering . Close to some of my favorite beaches and a very nice restaurant. We were only there one night but when we come back in the spring, we will try to snag this place

I was traveling alone and wanted to use the pool but it was rusty so I did not . The top lock was broken and they sent someone but because my terminology was off they said the would fix it for the next guest . I had no peace of mind .The A/C unit stopped working and the few 4 towels provided on a 7 day stay were used to clean the floors . This was worse than an hotel I even brought my own wash clothes and no-one came by to service the room and I was there 7 days . They have a staff there. I saw servicing other guest . They stopped to drop off supplies for the kitchen but had the wrong room 😐 I asked why I couldnt keep the supplies because I didn’t have any . They said something about ownership so I assume maybe there is more than one owner and I was not the first complaint . I had to ask for tissue ! Room 121 is falsely advertised .

I booked a week at the condo for my honeymoon and it was perfect!! The condo was very clean and the pool was amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Only thing is you need a key to access the walking path to the beach, we didn't rent a car so we ended up having to walk along the road. Doable, but the path would have been best! We would LOVE to stay again!!

This place is a nice little get away, especially nice to have a private pool. Location is centrally located in comparison with popular places to visit. The owner sends all the info you’ll need and good recommendations. Be aware of the bugs out back though... recommend you utilize the “Off” bug spray! We got bit up pretty BADLY. Also inquire about Beach access door key... there are no sidewalks and if you don’t have a key to use the resorts path and beach access door you could be in trouble. Paul the resort maintenance man was very kind and helpful as was the front night security officer.
